We stayed for 4 nights and room was not cleaned during our stay. Staff was courteous, located walking distance from the center Holbox.

We had such an amazing stay in La Palma. The rooms are quite spacious. Clean and bright. The staff was friendly, helpful and over all wonderful. The pool was great to dip in to after sunset. The interior of the hotel is lit up beautifully at night. Centrally located close to any amenity or restaurant on the island and 3 blocks from the beach. Definitely recommend it and will hopefully soon be back. Thank you La Palma!

Bedroom and living room are spacious and great air conditioning.

Super nice area, staff was very helpful. Kids enjoyed the pool very much . They offer coffee in the morning and a refill water station .

I absolutely LOVED this hotel. The room is so big and clean.

A great location to stay in Holbox, just far away from the main square to be quieter, but still only a 2-3 min walk away from it. Spent some time working remote, and the wifi worked great, and even reached to the open air roof. Front desk staff was helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable

This hotel was more than what I expected. I got more of an apartment than a room. It had a a big living room. The bed was very comfortable and had many pillows. The room and common areas were clean. The pool area was nice and rooftop was amazing for sunrise and sunset. Staff was very friendly and helpful with my questions. It’s 4 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from the central area.

always love staying here. more towels and more hooks would be great but absolutely will come back.

We truly appreciated the Family Room. Two nice and comfy bedrooms with 3 beds total, a massive living and dining area (no stove but with microwave and big fridge). It had very hot water in the bathroom and the pool was old but wonderful. In general it’s dated but functional and nice. I do with they provided more utensils and plates in the family rooms. This would make a big difference. We left some behind for the next family, which hopefully will be helpful.

The hotel is consistently clean with fantastic cleaning staff who do a great job every day. I had a wonderful week-long stay, sleeping well each night thanks to the blinds on the windows and the quiet atmosphere in my room despite its proximity to the pool. The front desk always had someone available, and there was fresh water to drink (although it was slightly warm) along with a fridge in every room. The hotel is super close to downtown, restaurants, and there's an awesome Restaurant serve pizza and taco joint right across!
