A surprising amount of kitchen appliances

You need to queue long for any request at reception (such as a room card not working) as there are only 2 counters and the check in process is inefficient. Set up a separate desk for the ipad check in or allow online self check in to speed this up! Room and location are really nice. Very well connected to shops and public transport and it feels like a safe and clean area. No need to pay for expensive breakfast as a bakery is next door.

The room was clean, everything worked. Staff were friendly and helpful. I didn't opt for the breakfast option as I had a kitchen. I didn't make use of the laundry. I had a balcony as selected the view wasn't much just the inner courtyard but I wasn't promised anything more really. Both tram, bus and metro within 5 mins walk. The area was very quiet.

I Stay here again and again! Great location only a few stops from the city centre easy to get to the main attractions. The rooms are a good size and clean. Friendly staff. The hotel is on a quiet street so easy to sleep at night . Highly recommend

Wonderful staff, terrible mattress. My reservation was for a queen bed and we got a very small bed.

Great location with access to bus , trams , train and underground. Several supermarkets nearby . A nice bakery just right next to hotel . Can just grab the fresh bakery and enjoy the coffee in lobby. Big room, nice shower ! Just the room a bit too warm .

Chose this hotel as it is in walking distance of Arena Wien. Was not disappointed. Quiet location, clean room and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. Had a kitchenette in the room but did not use as only stayed 1 night. Breakfast didn't have a wide variety of options but tasted nice. Not particularly close to the city center but we knew that when booking. The walk took us about 45-50 minutes. Would definitely stay again if visiting Arena Wien in Vienna.

Vienna is impossible for ordinary shopping if you arrive late Friday and leave early Monday All the shops are CLOSED !

Clean Rooms

Spacious, clean, quiet, had everything needed with some really nice well thought out extras! Good location, very short walk from the tram and train station straight from the airport. Rio vibes, great value for money.

The room was clean, spacious, warm (we stayed in January) and well equipped. We were able to check in earlier than we thought which was a bonus. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice and staff always helpful and friendly. Hotel situated about a 10 minute walk to the tram station with a direct route to the centre. Nothing to fault during our stay.

The rooms were fairly clean. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Thank you. Personally I found the black too dark . Just a personal preference.
