Underground paid parking on site was a plus. The room was nice and had a mini kitchen with cooktop but no pots or dishes other than basic plates and cutlery. Great restaurants close by and grocery stores. Walkable to historic city center , about 40 minutes or close to tram if desired. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again if ever in Vienna.

I stayed at Rioca with my daughter and boyfriend.We had two separate rooms.Our stay was perfect from the moment we arrived at Rioca.Welcoming staff ,a beautiful hotel and perfect rooms.We had all we needed .A comfy bed ,great bathroom and a little kitchen area with all necessary bits and bobs.We will definitely stay at Rioca again !

Nice bathroom. Decent mattress. But all the other furniture was uncomfortable and awkward. Lighting possibly the worst I’ve experienced: harsh, overhead only, no reading lamps. Dirty walls and cushions, silverfish. The idea for this property is fine, the execution was bad.

Nice and clean hotel Reception staff really helpful We started on the top floor but had to move late Saturday night due to the loud music from the nearby open market !! Room on 5th floor at the back a lot quieter A bit out of the centre but 10min walk to the underground was ok The hotel bar next door was a nice place for a drink Free tea and coffee was a plus

A overall quite good hotel with a convenient location and friendly staff. Breakfast is also nice with fresh smoothies and fruits. The only downside for me is cleanliness of the room, can be better.

Nicely located with public transport to take you wherever you need to go in the city. Great hotel with a decent gym and coffee machine downstairs. Pillows and bed were uncomfortable.

A superb, mid priced hotel with excellent customer service, décor, cleanliness. Only about a ten min train journey from the airport and a further 5 min walk from St Marx station. Getting in to Vienna itself is then only a 10 min (2 stop) train journey to Vienna Mitte The rooms were very well decorated, exceptionally clean and very well equipped Personally this hotel was very good for us but if there was to be a negative point it would be that if you were looking for a hotel with a view then its probably not for you. Overall 10/10, value for money, thank you

Clean room, safety, walls color

The hotel is cross between a traditional hotel and a service apartment but with an extremely customer friendly front office. It has a unique Brazilian/Amazon decor and atmosphere and also has a bar which serves Brazilian finger-foods and drinks.

I had an incredible time here as a solo female traveller. I felt safe walking at night, supermarket and transport no longer than a 10 minute walk. Hotel was AMAZING and staff super friendly. I will be coming back!!!

The room was great: clean, comfortable, quiet, good internet. The location is also very good: close to the tram and S train. I took one star off for the breakfast, which I rate at C+. This means better than the average US hotel breakfast, but not exactly up to the standard of good hotels in Europe or Asia. The breakfast room is a bit small for the crowd. Coffee, bread, and yogurt are good, but the cold cuts and cheeses are minimal. The only egg is hard boiled. In summary, the breakfast is acceptable. Everything else is very good to excellent. For the price, will choose Rioca again.

I had a great stay here. The room was clean, quiet and everything needed for my stay was provided. The location was just slightly out of the way enough so as not to be too busy and loud, but still just a couple of blocks from public transportation, shopping, restaurants, bars, etc. I would definitely return!
