The front desk staff were friendly and addressed all of our concerns. I really appreciate them specifically Jacob and X. The breakfast staff were horrible. They were so rude and ruined our experience. I asked them a fork 5 mins after the breakfast hour was over, and they rejected my request.

I enjoyed the convenience of the beach, and the breakfast location with an ocean view. The beds were comfortable. I didn’t like that water came out of the shower onto the floor. There needs to be some kind of rubber barrier between the floor and the shower area.

Initial room was a beautiful ocean view but the room had a putrid odor we were unable to stay in the roomt smell was to overwhelming. ( it was worse than old cat pee) The room was dark due to broken light they could not fix it any time soon, the worker said it was a bad Canadian product. The 2nd room was small partial ocean view, they promised to get us an ocean view or compensate us. No one followed up with spoke with 5 people including a Supervisor all with great promises and nothing. This room was also dark but worse it was dirty, white comforter and furniture had visibly large stain Paid for ocean view not provided or reimbursed. Spoke with Manager who promised to compensate and make right, emailed Hotel Manager Gabriel Morales and Property Manager Billy Richardson and 7 days later no response. Disappointing - stayed at many Marriotts and SpringHill and they were great sadly this was horrible. First impression in the lobby is great however they are understaffed and do not care about the customers. We reserved for 5 people (reunion group) paid for 5 people but constantly had to go pick up shirts and towels and bedding for the pull out. They didn't have staff to bring them or set up the room correctly. The clerks and leaders listen intently to your concerns, make promises then do nothing. I don't usually leave reviews but this one needed it.

The property is very modern. We enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning. I loved having a Starbucks and a restaurant on the premises. The food at Mission Beach House was excellent. A great location to enjoy the beach. For the bad, the pool was slimy. It looked okay, but with clumps of hair wrapping around my nephew's arm, objects at the bottom of the pool, and the fact that the pool water was grimy, we did not stay long. Our room had no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. We contacted them to bring it up, but they did not deliver the body wash. Our shower was dirty. The first person in our group went to shower, and hair was in the drain and all over the wall. Our AC would turn on, but would eventually shut off. I had to keep getting up in the middle of the night to turn the AC back on.

Great location with beach tight across the street and train location right behind to get to Boston. Room nice but dint like barn doors on bathroom as orders linger and doors share too much light ! Nice hotel overall . Very helpful front desk staff also.

Got in too late for the shuttle. Booked a room for 6, got a room for 4 and when I tried to fix it the front desk was empty and would not pick up the phone. I asked the next morning and the manager said we should have received a room with 2 queens and a pullout. There was no pullout in our room but there was an empty area where one should have been.

The stay was for a single night in a room for 5. Granted, this type of room doesn't warrant much service from hotel chains. In their minds we could have (should have) just booked 2 separate rooms. This was not the case, and as such, the treatment provided was subpar. If this is what hotels want, they should not make rooms for 5 an option. The room itself was spacious and reasonably clean. However, the sofa bed was of such poor quality, we took the sheets (handed to us across the check-in desk), and slept on the couch. This is not the Springhill/Marriott quality we are used to. Unfortunately, this is not a hotel I would recommend.

Stains on counter surfaces, scratched up sink, doors that wouldn't latch, uncomfortable beds, torture chamber fold-out couch and noise from the hotel restaurant below long into the evening. Spring Hill is on my no-fly list.
