I didn't feel it was a four star hotel! The food was okay, the room was compact and not built as a family room. The good thing about it is that the people were helpful and very welcoming. If I was to stay there again, it would only be for one night and I wouldn't choose to pay for the breakfast.

Great stay

I had a fantastic stay! The hotel is even nicer in person than it looks in the online photos. My room was spotless, comfortable, and overall perfect. The staff was very nice and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Really friendly staff, nice and quiet

Ok hotel. I was there a week upon check-in my roomed would only be cleaned 2 times. If I wanted it more frequently I had to let the front desk know the night before. I went after 4 days and complained my room wasnt cleaned and not omce was my room cleaned. The pillows were of extremely low quality. And althought breakfast was ok it was the same thing every mornings.Not impressed because this hotel has the potential to do a lot better.

The hotel was clean, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. It was a pleasant stay. I just wished for a hotel this size that it would offer parking. There is a lot 50 meters outside but throughout the country you have you download and app and pay for it that way. There are not too many spots to park since there are a few buildings and businesses that share this lot.

Reliable and strong standards of customer service

Convenient location close to Orebro Central train station and bus station (including airport bus stop). Within walking distance to Orebro castle, Svampen, Wadkoping (old town) and Sobi (a pan Asian restaurant). Free wifi, tea, coffee and water available from ground floor, decent gym in basement with weights, weight machines and cardio equipment, and great breakfast (7-11). Storage room available to leave luggage after check-out if needed. Room service (including cleaning) is not assumed and must be requested from reception. Staff were friendly and helpful (including reception, reception and bar staff). I very much enjoyed my two night stay there during midsummer.

The only gripe that I have there’s nowhere to unpack and store your clothes in your suitcase. There are only hooks and racks in the rooms. Also, there’s no lotions or soaps provided as well.

Fantastic couple of days in Orebro. Hotel is centrally located and is very walkable to the centre. Definitely a place worth visiting.

Lovely clean hotel with great buffet breakfast. Will definitely be back.

A nice modern hotel in a good location. There is no parking, but the station car park is nearby and reasonably priced. Breakfast is really busy. You have to book a time slot. I’d prefer it to have to commit to a time - my primary reason for booking a hotel is the flexibility it offers. On arrival there was a queue of people waiting to check in as the receptionist had gone to run an errand so we had to wait a little.

It was a great stay. We did not need a lot of support, but what we needed was excellent- extra key, luggage help, free coffee, borrow toilet (after check-out)

Good hotel overall, but room lacked storage. You couldn’t unpack.

The hotel had a great breakfast, staff was friendly. Town was small and absolutely lovely.

This place is amazing, clean and easy walk to all attractions. Parking super easy too. Great breakfast spread. Overall great experience in this modern hotel

This property is ok, nothing makes it stand out but the breakfast ends at 9:00! That is a little to early for folk on holiday that like to have a leisurely start to the day.

Rent och fräscht, trevlig personal i lobbyn, tillmötesgående Tyvärr minus för parkeringen, dåligt med plats, och så dyrt. God frukost, finns mycket att välja på. Även för en vegetarian.
