very bad when you check-in. there is no room service. will never take this hotel anymore.

We were initially confused about where to go since you have to go through a different hotel. We took a chance, went inside, located our room number and we were able to unlock the door easily via app. We had made sure to complete registration early and download the app prior to arrival. A functioning smartphone is necessary. If we needed any additions, we could request them on the app and contact help via text as well. Our room was clean and well equipped with nearly everything we needed. There is only a curtain separating the bedroom from the living area which worked fine for us. The bed was very firm and perfectly comfortable as well. We were close to the train, but didn’t experience any noise or disrupted sleep. Our only issue with our stay was trying to find parking. We didn’t know that you had to contact them prior with a request. The listing stated that there was parking available so we didn’t think to make preparations. We were able to find parking nearby, just a 5 min walk, though we had to move it every 12 hours. There was a 24 hr lot a bit further away. Overall we were happy with our short overnight stay and we would stay here again.

Good location.

This room was advertised as a luxury apartment, it was anything but luxury. In fact the pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable to sit on, pretty sure it was broken in some way. My son had to sleep on top of the cushions without making it into a bed, in fear of it breaking. The room was extremely small even for the city. There were no bottles of water left for guests. Should have stayed with a hotel chain, Building Representatives at the front desk were a little rude when you told them you were staying with WERFY since they had nothing to do with them. WiFi was terrible. It did not work for the room we were in. So they had us use a connection from an adjacent room, which was not good at all. The King bed that was advertised was a full at best and took up most of the room. Great studio Apartment, but not a luxury hotel. Far from it. Only good thing about this experience was its location. Tried reaching out to Werfy, and have been ignored.

My partner and i have nothing but good things to say about our stay here. Everything from booking to checking in was very simple. I was nervous about everything being completely online and no concierge and mobile room key, but everything went smoothly. There was only one instance where the mobile key didnt work but that lasted all of 5 minutes as I just logged out and back into the app and it was fine. The hotel is in a really nice spot and easy to get uber and what not if you need it. For parking, there is street parking and then garages near by(easy walking distance). The room itself was exactly what we were looking for. We wanted the options to store food and cook breakfast and reheat left overs if we had takeout we couldnt finish. The room has everything you need, soap, detergent(for washer), dishes, pots pans, microwave. Basically everything is exactly as described. We also loved the balcony and view. Thankyou for a very pleasant experience, we would definitely consider returning.

Check in people on the phone need to speak English! Terrible communications could not hear him or understand him.

Great space location, had WiFi issues with no resolution. Also mobile key issues with no resolution made it inconvenient for accessing in an out. Other than that was a great spot and walkable to Griffintown hotspots.

Very convenient, clean, unique & quite a place to spend your vacation. Highly recommended.

It was very clean and the host would answer very quickly to my questions. Great location. Lots of restaurants and a 15 min walk to the metro. The digital key was a little finicky but not terrible.

The place is well equipped with everything you need while staying at the place. The hotel is in a nice neighborhood and if you like walking, places of interest are less than half an hour away. Highly recommended!

Amazing!! Will stay there again

Everything was great except for a few minor details there was no TV in the bedroom and the blinds did not close in the living room. Also the couch was not very comfortable. Otherwise everything was great.

Bathroom fan was dusty, door frames dusty, dishes were dirty. But the linen was clean
