The hotel staff was very helpful when needed. Getting from Haneda to the hotel or vice versa is easy, as the bus stop is close to the hotel. Getting to Disney by bus is also very easy. The station is also close, with plenty of good and affordable restaurants. All the drugstores, souvenir shops, a 24-hour supermarket, and a fresh meat shop are right in front of the hotel. The bedrooms are nice and spacious. There are full kitchen facilities, and the bathrooms and toilets are clean.

The hotel is great. I recommend it. If you're going to Disneyland, there's a direct bus from Disney to Kasai. If I go to Japan, I'll stay here again.

The overall experience is good. It is just the laundry area where I think it needs more machines, because when I stayed there, the people who were using the laundry didn't take their clothes for a long time (I went back a couple of times in a span of 2 hours), and when I asked the staff, they said that they couldn't do anything. But when I did my laundry, I didn't even leave my laundry for a whole 15 minutes. Somebody already removed my laundry from the dryer. As for the location, it is great because it's not far from the station, and near the station, they have a bus that you can take straight to Haneda Airport.

The staff wasn't helpful, and they didn't even let me store my luggage. The room is small, and it's difficult to open a large suitcase. The food is good, with plenty of restaurants nearby.

Good reception! Room and facilities are good, however, there is no bowl and towel for kitchen area.

Room check-in and check-out procedures are self-managed and human-less. Just follow on-screen instructions will do. Do not require human interactions. The room is clean, and basic amenities like towels, shower/shampoo soaps/dish soaps are provided. However, personal hygiene items like toothbrushes, razors, combs, etc., were not given, so it's good to bring your own. LOVED the bathtub and kitchen so much, it almost felt like home to us. However, a little shortcoming was the pillows were not the hard type that would provide good neck/lumbar support. Overall pleasant stay, will be back for sure.

The best place to stay with family during my trip to Kasai. Very recommend for traveler with family.

Nice apartment, I stayed 4 nights with my family (4 people). The place is clean, all you need for cooking is right there. Near the Kasai Station, 5 minutes walking to bus and train. I will recommend this apartment for your vacation with your family and I'm sure will stay again in this apartment if I go to Tokyo next vacation.

Strategic location. Near the Tokyo Metro train station, direct bus station to Disneyland (round trip), direct bus to Narita airport (round trip).

The hotel and room are beautiful, compact, clean, and neat. The place is close to a supermarket and train station. The facility, especially for the kitchen, is complete, we can prepare a light breakfast. The most important thing is that it is not far from the Disney theme park, so we can reach the interesting place from the hotel easily.

Meski tempatnya agak sempit (karena buat 3 orang), tapi tempatnya nyaman banget. Dekat dengan Stasiun Kasai, di depan penginapan langsung ada supermarket (kalau ngga salah buka 24 jam), jadi kalau mau makan bisa beli bento di supermarketnya. Kamarnya bagus dan nyaman, bisa buat nonton Netflix dan Youtube juga. Di lantai 1 ada ruang laundry koin (sayang pas saya menginap, mesinnya sedang nggak bisa dipakai).

Very satisfied and enjoy stay at Minn Kasai, very close from Station even though not jr line you must pay extra budget for subway line. Great neighborhood mart, restaurant, KFC you can reach by walking distance. Quick check in procedure you can reach staff 24 hour by video call, very compact kitchen and bathroom will be back.
