Great experience overall :) The best parts of this place: the mattress quality, the sound proof walls and windows, the location near the beach, the cleanness. Only detail was the checkin instructions reception, I only received them on the same day 2,5 hours before checkin time and was not informed in advance that I would receive them so late. It would have been nice to know. But otherwise they allow early checkin when possible so I'm grateful for that!

Great place to stay. Easy access into the city and got travelling and exploring the surrounding area. Very comfortable room and good quality bed and bedding. There is a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and kettle in the room. Every morning a breakfast croissant and roll is left, bottle of water, coffee and tea. Lovely outside spaces to relax even though the property is next to a round about. Really close to tram stop. Buy a multi trip card from a kiosk and journeys are really good value.

me and my friend were visiting Alicante for the first time and we couldn't pick a better Room, the bed was comfortable, nice and clean, staff was amazing and friendly. water drinks and breakfast will always surprise you in the fridge. it's right next to the road, but we had no problem sleeping because it was not that noisy. The beach is two minutes away. The transport was amazing. Every room has its own terrace. overall, an amazing experience.

Very close to the beach just across the street, and about 15 minutes walk to Playa San Juan. Nice rooms and quiet at night and the mornings even so close to the traffic circle. Wonderful people who run it as well. Definitely recommend.

Big room, very comfy bed, great shower, strong WiFi, lovely terrace and the best part for me was being QUIET (which is not easy to find in Spain). It's close to the beach and bus/tram stop. The room gets cleaned every day and the fridge has some goodies. Julio is one of a kind, such a lovely man. We've had a great stay and will stay again if we'll be back in Alicante.
