Bed is terrible in room

Excellent rooms. Close to the beach and buses. Just beware of the limited front desk hours

Very tiny rooms, but they're clean and modern compared to other offerings on the coast. If you can get past that, you'll have a good stay. However, staff could pay a lot more attention to cleaning. I had to clean up a few places in the bathroom before my wife saw them, and that's inexcusable.

The location was great just across the street you have the beach. The room was clean and very convenient with a washer machine. The staff was great and so helpful. They ordered a taxi for us anytime that we need it.

We loved our stay here. Parking was easy and plentiful. We walked to most of the places we wanted to go. The room was a big surprise. It everything we needed.

Property was near beach front and there were shops for food and other needed items near😊. You arw not able to control the heat or A/C so that was a big minus☹️

Great view, a lot of stores on the first floor so you dont have to drive/walk to get quick groceries. The receptionists were super helpful. The facility itself looks brand new, wish that the cleaning lady would replenish necessities on time.

The room was very clean, bed was so comfortable, seems like a brand new place overall too. Location was very nice and central. Will definitely stay here again!

We stayed in Sokcho as it was near to Seoraksan National Park. The park was worth it, Sokcho much less as was very crowded and expensive vs what it has to offer. Risen hotel had a washing machine in the room which was great for our trip. Don’t expect luxury, good for 1 night stay if needed.

A perfect place with a good rate to stay in Seoul! My home away from home.

Travelled in early December 2021. Place looks new. Reception is sparce and maze like. Room is okay. Clean. Amneties standard. Water heater is good. WiFi is good. Wished they have bath tub. Surrounded by other hotels, near the beach. Food around is expensive. The town of sokcho is built for tourism.

It was a nice stay in Raisen OceanPark. Very near to the Sea beach 🏖️⛱️

Excellent beach front location, convenience store downstairs with large seating and good selection, restaurants nearby, just 5-10 min walk to bus terminal. Would definitely stay again! Friendly staff, clean hotel rooms, brand new building.

Brand new building, so it's super clean. Location is directly across the street from an entrance to Sokcho Beach, so it's very easy access. Shower pressure not great, but good enough. There's a small balcony, but no chairs or table out there...I got the least expensive room, so there wasn't a great view from there anyways. There's plenty of places within walking distance, so I would definitely stay there once again. All in all, I would stay there again for the price.

부모님을 모시고 처음으로 연휴에 비싸게 숙박해보았습니다. 여행하느라 피곤한데, 프론트데스크로 전화가 안되었어요 분명 두분이 계신거 보고 올라왔는데, 온돌방 온도설정판에 온도가 안올라가서 물어보려고 룸전화로 전화 했는데 안되고, 대표번호, 프론트데스크 직통번호 다 안되고, 전화가 이렇게 불편한 일이 되어야할까요? 수건도 3명분 있냐고 데스크에서 여성분께 확인까지 했는데, 방에 수건은 2명분 밖에 없고, 그냥 1박이라. 불편함 감수하고 그냥 자고 나왔습니다. 다른 호텔 콘도를 다 다녀봐도 프론트 전화가 안되는 곳은 처음이었네요. 좀 불쾌했어요.

속초에 가고 싶다 하면 제일먼저 검색해 보는 리조트. 가격대비 편리성 접근성이 훌륭합니다. 완벽한 지하주차장 시스템. 도보 1분거리 해변. 건물에 위치한 편의시설이 잘 갖춰있습니다.
