great balance of value and location, will stay here again

Only issue i had was not enough towels for amount of people in the room

Nice stay. Hopefully they will update their blankets and AC is too loud.

Check in the woman seemed confused took about 20 mins. Room was clean pool was ok no hot tub. No breakfast served

Our stay was nice and very quiet. Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and pleasant. Enjoyed the pool with my family.

We have no complaints whatsoever. Staff members were pleasant and accommodating. While not the fanciest place we've stayed in, it was clean and had everything we needed.

The location of this hotel is awesome, it's right by Dollywood and is basically surrounded by limitless options for food and entertainment in Pigeon Forge. However, it's also surrounded by a ton of noisy roads. It's very hard to sleep here, even with white noise and AC on. The property definitely had quite a few annoying guests hanging around smoking cigarettes and being loud near my room and car. The bed only has very thin paper like sheets...I had to go buy a comforter. Apart from that, the room was pretty clean and the price is definitely great. The staff seemed fine...I didn't really interact with them much. Most of these complaints are out of the staff's control. I'd just recommend bringing extra blankets and something to generate white noise. Apart from that, it's worth grabbing for the low price and convenient location.

The front desk staff was nice. Room clean. Bed comfortable. I happened to be put in room 201 which was right above the office and it was a huge room (king size bed). It is on the front of the hotel by the road so if you are a light sleeper it might not be the best choice but the room was really neat. Enjoyed my stay. Was just there for one night while visiting Dollywood.

Location

This is not to Wyndham standards. At best this is a 1980s motel. It says transportation to parks, it means you can walk to a city bus/trolley. It says breakfast included, it means coffee only. Roaches, peeling paint.

Clean and very quick to respond to any needs. Comfy beds. Bedspread is thin and easily slides off the bed. I recommend bringing a blanket. Great place to stay if you like being on the strip. I would definitely stay here again.

The person at the check in desk was not very business like. (dirty clothes and unfriendly) Throughout the check in she acted like I was an interruption to her day. When I asked for a receipt, I received more attitude. The rest of the property was what I would expect for the price.

Very good location, close to Dollywood and various shows and restaurants.

Nice clean room the beds and pillows are comfy,pool was nice and clean,the only thing and this is not the hotels fault was the employee working was gone off the property was gone in her car driving round somewhere and i waited and waited for her to return to check me in that seems unsafe with the computers and register there and then about hour after that i called the front desk from my room i had a question and it rang several times befor she answered i asked my question and then asked her if i woke her up cause you could tell she was clearly sleeping she said yes but its ok,just very tacky and unprofessional she was to leave and then also sleep on the job that is my only thing i can say bad, this place is a very nice motel

Dirty sheets and pillows upon arrival. They had someone change them , but it was very concerning.

Loved our little one night stay that turned into a three night stay. Reasonable prices and friendly staff. Shout out to Leticia who made our experience extra special.
