Quit, free breakfast, ood cust service

Lovely property and it was super clean nice

The toilet was dirty with poop and hairs. Bugs in and on the dresser. Carpet dirty with food leftover from previous visitors. Front desk lack of costumer service.

it was ok i got some sleep

Shower was terrible barley any water coming out of Shower head. Tub had excellent water pressure but is in rough condition. TV turned on but no cable or local channels. Location is in the hood take extra caution due to surroundings.

It was a very decent stay for the price. No issues with cleanliness or bad service from the staff.

We were accommodated with a top floor room upon request. Room keys were somewhat difficult to use to enter room and other parts of the building. Breakfast area was cold, so by the time we sat to eat our food it was cold. When my husband went to get ice and go take the cooler to the car, hotel personnel/owner was watching him and our sons as if they were stilling something. Electrical outlets on one half of the room.

If I could rate this hotel zero stars I would! This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. I would not recommend this location to anyone as the hallways smelled of marijuana and the location was filled with cockroaches. We left after only a couple of hours for a better hotel closer to the city. When I asked for a refund hotel.com was unable to get in contact with them so no refund was given.

Absolutely terrible. There was hair in my “clean bed”. When I went to check in they wanted me to pay again (I paid online) and I told them to check after a while they said it good to go. Fire alarms went off at 3 in the morning ! I couldn’t even shower because the bathtub was so disgusting. If I wasn’t so tired I would’ve left and stayed in a different hotel. The rooms are nothing like the photos and the hallway has a funky smell.

Upon arrival the desk clerk said he was unable to pull up any info on the computer as the “system was down”. He said we could wait in our car for “5-10min” and dismissed us. As I walked around the property more and my husband drove we felt the area was too far out from downtown and didn’t look safe so we chose not to stay there. A refund would be nice.

Roaches and dirty rooms , should really give refunds in situations like that , poor company policies

Front desk people were great. Kitchen employees were rude and bossy. Never again. I've been all over the cou try on business trips and the 2 women in the kitchen were the worse at customer service and basic manners. Retrain them.to talk to clients with at least a minimum of respect.

It was a good place to stay at for the event we had there

The rooms were not clean. We had to ask for towels and put ours outside for them to give us new ones. We also had to ask for our card to be reactivated almost every night to get into the room. Roaches were found.

The first room we were given was not cleaned or ready. My husband went to lobby and was given a new room. The hotel was ran down and sketchy to us. I guess you get what you pay for as it was inexpensive. Will not be staying at this location again.

Bathroom had peeling paint on tiles, smelled rather musky, it was fine for a place to sleep for what we needed.

Couldn’t get towels with out turning my used ones in and breakfast was eggs bacon waffle some cereal wasn’t good

decent hotel

It's was okay for last minute only problem was no heater in troom 119 , but I er all it was pretty reasonable.

The place is legitimately a dump. Holes in the walls, unidentifiable stains on the walls and carpet. Smelled like cigarette smoke the whole time. The milk they served at breakfast was spoiled.
