Really close to Austin train company

We took our first steps into this property and it started off terrible.There was a guy walking up and down the hallways (I presume a guest), that reeked of alcohol. Our underage boy who we had in the group was holding the door for the other guests in our party and this guy shoves him and starts spewing profanities towards him. Nothing stopped him, not even when the mother of the young kid told him to stop. Our male party member had to drop his luggage and confront the man. When we were checked into our rooms, both of the rooms that were booked were dirty. Talked to the front desk and they told us it would be a 30 minute wait. We waited around for a couple of minutes and another staff came and told us that they would not be able to provide us a room because there is no body to clean the rooms.

Great and clean property with very nice rooms

Had to add an extra night due to weather and flooding, tired of driving in rain. I found the cheapest hotel and I guess you get what you pay for. No attendant at the front desk because she was upstairs cleaning rooms. When she did finally come down, I felt for her. She was pleasant but overwhelmed, overworked and frazzled. Old looking, bare minimal. No ice, no blanket, no hair dryer. Reeks of smoke in the hallways. The to top it off, it's right next to Haute Spot music venue. So blaring music until 11pm. It does have full size fridge, so had a place to put my cooler goods.

Thin walls. No towels or shampoo in room.

I thought the staff was excellent trying to keepthings flowing. This property has great staff, but it seems like the property lacks many things including enough towels. stayed a week and used the same towel the whole time. Guests lined up to ask for towels. Staff was washing them as fast as possible. Maybe time to spend some money and buy some towels. My room had no soap, shampoo. May be time to buy some hand soap, and shampoo. Again, the staff was the only thing i liked about this property.

The worst hotel

The man at the front desk was so rude when I called to check my reservation and told me that he couldn’t find my reservation. I asked him to check if it’s under my husbands name and he hanged up on me. I called again to ask him to check for the confirmation number and he refuses to check it and again he hanged up on me. I called a third time to check under itinerary number and he pretended that he checked not even 5 seconds and said no such number and my brother asked him what he need to clarify the issue and again he hanged up again. I then called Expedia and she found out the reservation and confirmed it. So we went to the hotel and the front desk is closed. We finally found the phone number and the guy showed up but he did not even open the window enough to even see his face. He told me to sign papers, gave me the key card and shot the window without any apologies, his whole attitude and behavior is very rude, very unprofessional and I would not ever go to this hotel again and I do not recommend it. Even another customer that was staying there told me that they are rude and the front desk is closed. The man that works at the front desk lives there too. He was wearing a sleeveless short and shorts. My brother noticed that it smells like marijuana in the hallway by the elevator. My room does not have any towels, no soap or shampoos. I’ve never stayed in such a hotel that the guest is not a priority and cared for. That man does not make you feel welcome.

The room was good. My suggestion would be to have a pet clean up area since pets are allowed. After hours you can’t get anything to clean up messes.

Me hospedé aquí porque asistí a un concierto cerca de esta propiedad. La experiencia en general fue buena por el precio que pagué. Lo único fue que cuando hice mi check- in y me dieron mi habitación, al llegar a ella la habitación estaba desordenada, hablé con la persona en recepción y solucionó esto de modo amable asignándome otra habitación.

There’s room for growth, but overall, the price matches the quality perfectly.

My Tv didn't work at all and the worker lady at the front desk had lots of attitude about needing help.

Didn’t have plates, silverware, ice machine, or pots and pans. Also, first room we got had mold on ceiling of shower.

Hallway and room had a mildew smell. No towels in room on arrival, but front desk did rectify as soon as I let them know. Shower leaked, even with curtain secured to wall and towels down on floor. Location is easy to access and has plenty of parking. Room had full refrigerator.

It was nice and clean
