The restaurants and food were excellent, and the staff was outstanding!

I love this place. Everything about it is amazing. I will be staying here everytime I visit Cancun thank you guys for everything. made my stay a memorable experience.

Beautiful Resort!

$50 for a pair of flip flops….really

The beach was small, few trees, lots of seaweed. Too many local people on beach who set up tents and hang towels on bushes. Not pleasant to look at when on vacation. Several children in the water. I felt like I was invading when I went into the water. I feel the public beach should not be anywhere in the resort area. This was extremely disappointing to me especially when I only visit the ocean once a year. It ruined the whole experience. The rest of the resort and staff were excellent. The room was amazing and food was good. The beach area needs some work.

The service and drinks were stingy in comparison to the other Breathless and Secret properties we’ve been to. The restaurants are super slow in serving meals. We spent 90 minutes waiting for entrees and it wasn’t very busy that night. Also, there was no scheduling for which restaurants would be open that day. It was a crap shoot of where we would eat every night for 4 nights. We went to the Hard Rock Cancun after 4 days of Breathless.

Staff was very nice and friendly and always there for you. Drinks were very good and so was the food.

I was charged $90 for a $10 bottle of sparkling wine that was supposed to be free through my booking with Expedia. Staff ambushed my girlfriend and I as we were attempting to leave to apply charge. This incident ruined a wonderful night as we were celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday.

The service, food, and staff were unbelievably amazing. However, the only complaints I had during my stay was the noisiness of the surrounding property. Constant road traffic noise. Also many locals spanning the beach. It didn’t feel exclusive on the beach. However, we felt very safe and had an overall amazing time. Elena from entertainment was awesome and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Breathless Cancún Soul! Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Not much entertainment in the evening.

Many issues right from check in. They did not have our correct reservation info then very unfriendly. Would not stay here again

Went for our 20 year anniversary and lived every minute at Breathless!! Amazing service, food and entertainment.

There were only a few options for dining. We tried to book the hibachi dinner but the app to reserve would not work. This left five other restaurants for dinner, the French restaurant was not open once out of the seven nights we stayed there. The Mexican restaurant was only open one night so we tried it and the service was extremely slow. We left after waiting an hour and a half and still not served dinner. Which left only three restaurants to choose from. The beach area was not private which means it was full of kids from other resorts and from the public access which is next to the resort.

I enjoyed my stay. Only issue was no hot water. Staff was nice and courteous. Property was clean. Room was modern and clean.

Beautiful resort with great amenities. The food was good (not great) for an all inclusive resort. And there were always options open for food. Great alcohol selection and number of bars. I went before it got TOO crazy with spring break so it was not super packed which was great. I loved my ocean front room, however, reason for four stars is I may have been the only person who went to Cancun to relax (I know, prob my own fault!). The party area was to the front of my room and the sound proofing is not great. I wanted to go to bed but had to wait for the party to die down! Other than that, great place and will come again.
