All the staff were very friendly. The room was really clean and comfortable to sleep in. The breakfast was ala carte but tasty overall. The only downside was we couldn't connect Chromecast, so couldn't watch what we wanted.

Everything was pleasingly beautiful and nice. Ms. Alia was very helpful, all the staffs are well trained and attentive. The pool has the most beautiful view of Kuala Lumpur city, and aesthetically designed. The library is a must visit, and the breakfast menus were splendid and tasty. One tip to keep in consideration, this hotel doesn't have parking facility, however you will be able to park your car at the nearby open parking with chargeable rate.

The room was so cozy even though the mantra room that I got does not have a bench at the end of the bed. Even though the breakfast was ala carte style and not buffet style, the food served was still delicious and fulfilling.

Hotel go above and beyond! Thank you for every detail from check in to check out. Staff very professional and shows upmost hospitality during the stay. Look at the decoration? They knew how to make the lady happy! Very cosy and comfy food for breakfast. I'm definitely will suggest my friends to have a good staycation here. Me myself? Ill come again for sure! Not easy nowadays to get this kind of service from hotel. Totally recommendedfor those who want to play tourist around Kuala Lumpur as nearby to Pasar Seni and few cafes nearby with a good cup of coffee. Just a hiccup limited parking space but surrounding they do have open space parking. What else can I say? Too good to be true and you shall try yourself 😁

Best experience with Else Hotel! Everything is top notch! The ambient was great, the service from crew was helpful and friendly, the room was comfy. Definitely will recommend my friend and family to this hotel. The only downside is the parking space, you need to park at nearby building or open space parking

The hotel is very pretty and the bed is very comfortable, had a good rest. The staffs are very well trained and very helpful. Only downside is that the hotel doesn't have any carpark and if you park next door building it 's extremely narrow to get in. The overnight rate is reasonable, but the carpark closes from 9pm onwards till the next morning.

The windows are single glazed, so do not keep the street noise out. Very noisy even though room 210 is facing side road. Open air carpark is superexpensive, parked from 8pm till next day 10am costs ringgit 55 on weekdays, more expensive on weekends. If room rates plus carparking rates, it is equivalent to staying in 5* hotel.

We love it! Attentive staff, great interior, awesome food, will definitely come back. Sadly, no parking for the inhouse guest and no Netflix available. And oh! They provide Dyson hairdryer in the room. Overall, it was a great stay for the weekend gateway with the loved one.

Overall excellent. Its just that the parking is hard to find. However, you can park in the building besides Else. For 3 days 2 nights its just rm43.
