The place is comfortable, the staff is friendly, this is the second time I have stayed here.

Too bad, stayed 3 days and changed rooms 3 times. Will never stay here again.

I stayed for 3 days and changed rooms 3 times. One had the air conditioner broken in the middle of the night, another had the toilet broken, another had the refrigerator broken. When I asked for an extra blanket, they charged me extra money. The towels were black and smelly. There was only one elevator card for a room of 4 people. Overall, it was terrible. I won't stay here again.

I booked a Family room, 1 room has 2 rooms, with a total of 6 people staying. Good location in the center of Kuala Lumpur, the room is quite large, it is a shame that the bed space which should be prioritized for cleanliness is not paid attention to. The first time I entered there was hair on the pillow, I don't know if it was cleaned or not. and around the mattress there was a lot of dust, what made it difficult to rest was the large number of cockroaches in the room. It was very disturbing so that we couldn't sleep. because we were worried that while sleeping the cockroaches could enter the ears because some of them were still small. Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the room.

You can make cashless transactions for the RM200 deposit, so you don't have to worry about exchanging Rupiah for Ringgit. The rooms are comfortable. It's close to KL Sentral, and bus access to Singapore, Genting, KLIA, and other places is easy.

view and location are nice, but the room is super disgusting ... so many little cockroach, the couch looks unhygienic, and no room service. they only cleaned once a week. shaking my head.

The staff is Indonesian, very friendly, and even let me store my luggage. It was very comfortable for a group of three families. I'll definitely stay here again next time.🥰

My second stay here. The location is centrally located and very convenient, making it easy to get to various places—which is what I liked most. The infinity pool was quite pleasant, but unfortunately, the children's pool was closed. Cleanliness was good, though not perfect, so it might not be suitable for those with a keen eye for detail. Some of the power outlets didn't work. The view from the hotel was beautiful, especially at night. I'd probably stay here again if I had the chance.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable and quiet, there are lots of elevators so you don't have to wait long when it's busy.

The room is very spacious and clean, each room has a beautiful view, the bathroom is okay, the kitchen is okay, the pool is clean, the view is cool, but the food is not very varied.. but overall it's OK, I will come back to stay here if I go to KL🥰🥰thank youuuu

Hotel budget with strategic location and services

Worst hotel experience of my life stay away! This was my first and worst hotel experience ever. The room was filthy dirty floors, water stains, dusty surfaces, and a bed that smelled bad with yellow, old linens. The pillows were shapeless and there were no pillowcases provided for two nights. I even encountered bedbugs and had a severe allergic reaction, which required a hospital visit. When I asked the reception (particularly the Indian male staff) for help, he was rude, unhelpful, and acted like everything was normal. Another guest also came down to complain about bedbugs. No room change was offered, and I was told there were no clean linens available. I couldn’t sleep at all during my stay. I left with painful bites, hospital bills, and zero support or responsibility from the hotel. If you value cleanliness, service, and your health do not stay here. I wouldn’t even give it one star. You deserve better.
