Heck, it's very slow. We stayed 20 minutes and three people at the reception had a problem with their system. You have to forget about the pool and the gym. There's nothing to walk around. You can't imagine a real resort.

Food not much choice, room okay spacious.

The sound proof is poor You can even hear next door knocking the door

The hotel staff are friendly, I have to give them praise, always smiling and very helpful. The room is spacious and very comfortable for my family, complete facilities and will stay again in the future. Thank you Mines Beach Resort. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

the design is nice, room is big and comfortable. my kids really love the bathtub. just the pool looks dirty with mud. I know the concept is beach in city, but it's not clean. but I still enjoy my trip there

Ancient hotel. This hotel needs an overhaul. It 's like a haunted mansion. The air conditioner was leaking, mirror rusty, bathtub can't keep water for baths. The swimming pool is suspiciously cloudy. The hotel staff especially front desk are low grade unprofessional annoying unhelpful that doesn't represent a five star resort. This place has potential.

It's perfect! We love everything there. We were allowed to late check out at 1pm. Wide variety of breakfast too! They even have shuttle van to The Mines, so you don't have to worry about your dinner!

Nak kata perfect itu tidaklah, tapi berbaloi dengan harganya. Repeat kali ini adalah disebabkan gelongsor di kolamnya, tapi datang kali ini entah hilang ke mana gelongsornya. Lupa nak tanya staf apa yang berlaku disebalik kehilangan gelongsor tersebut. Apa-apa pun kegembiraan anak-anak bermain kolam air tetap ada dengan pasir pantai di tepian kolam. Just nice. Thank you very much.

Great view, manage to stay one night only to rest before continue the next journey. Enjoying the stay very calm and peace.

The check in process was smooth. But the first room that we got was really bad. The air conditioner temperature was not consistent and there was no stopper in the bathtub. To make it worst, the phone was not working in that room. The technician came and tried to fix the issues but was unsuccessful for at least 2 hours. However we end up approach the reception to change a room in which they did. The 2nd room was so much better and we really appreciate them for doing that because there is nothing to complaint after that. The breakfast was good and the staff are really nice and welcoming. Its an old hotel but decent one. Thank you the mines beach resort :)

It ' s a very old resort. Not upgraded. Rooms are carpeted and has that old carpet smell. Toilet has old stains. Water tap at the bath tub leaking, toilet bowl seat not fix properly. Didn't manage to take pictures. The room and bathroom is spacious.
