Hopefully in the future the staff will be more alert when asked for help. When I asked for a broom, it wasn't delivered, so I had to come and get it myself. The beach in front of the hotel also had glass shards in the sand, so my husband hit his foot on the glass and was bleeding.

There are two places in this hotel: one is the Grand Lagoon and the other one is Tidung Lagoon. We chose to stay at the Tidung Lagoon and it 's on top of the ocean. We were the only family who stayed in Tidung Lagoon and we had the whole place to ourselves. It is a very special experience, and if you like nature, this is the place! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is good. My son got cut in the ocean and we had to send him to the hospital but everything is fine now! Just remember to wear shoes when walking in the ocean!
