The location was clean and easy to find, unfortunately the staff wasn't there when I wanted to check in, maybe because it was after the staff's working hours.

Overall pelayanannya bagus, hanya saja salah satu kamar ada ac yang bocor, dan kamar yang saya tempati kasurnya masih ada plastiknya, jadi tidurnya sangat tidak nyaman.

Hotel ini gak cocok untuk tamu dari perjalanan jauh seperti saya. Dia samakan dengan check in pesawat. Kalau lewat jam check in, dibilangnya hangus sama kayak kita ketinggalan pesawat katanya. Pertama, saya menginap sampai hotel jam 12 malam lewat tapi masih diterima dengan alasan katanya mau dihubungi tapi nomor HP saya gak lengkap, seketika saya cek di aplikasi nomor saya lengkap kok, berarti memang tidak dihubungi dalam hati saya. Pengalaman kedua saya pulang mau istirahat, tetapi karena di Merak macet, saya baru bisa sampai keesokan paginya. Saya telepon dahulu pengelola, katanya kalau sampai sebelum jam 12 siang ini masih bisa karena hotel saya sudah dibooking orang juga. Oke, kami sampai kurang lebih jam 10, tetapi kenyataannya kami ditolak dengan alasan udah telat check in, dan mau dikasih kamar cuma satu, sedangkan kami pesan 3 kamar, jelas-jelas dibilangnya kalau sebelum jam 12 masih bisa, tetapi kenyataannya disini saya harus berdebat dulu untuk dapat kamar. Hati-hati untuk tamu dari jauh, jangan sampai kejadian seperti saya menimpa kalian.
