My 3rd time stay at this hotel，everything is good！

Great interior design hotel, and entertainment facilities. Near from quite handful of interesting places around chow kit.

It would be perfect if there's a laundry room

I booked this room last minute because the accommodation I booked before hand wasn't being transparent at all. Which is to say I didn't have much time to check the pictures but I saw the reviews on booking and google, which were quite good, and the price that I got on traveloka was amazing. When I got there it only got better. The receptionists were friendly, the hotel was clean and modern, they have an awesome pool and a basic gym. Only possible problem is that it 's not very close to the public transport, but the grab cars in Malaysia were so cheap I couldn't care less.

Our room was 616. Love everything about the room. The valet guy is very friendly. We had deep sleep. Gosh, you are going to be my favourite hotel, STEG!

Lovely hotel. Nice decoration, good pool, shame rooftop wasn't open due to renovation works. Only down side is the area which we thought felt a bit unsafe only a few streets away from the hotel, but Grab is cheap and easy to get everywhere you need to go.

The hotel interior, lobby, and rooms are excellent. The reasonably sized room is well equipped with comfortable beds, 4 thick soft pillows, and other amenities. The strong internet connection and excellent Smart TV including YouTube, are really top of the class. Guests that have their own premium services, such as Netflix can login with their own accounts as well. However the location is a bit off. The surrounding area is old and looks seedy.

My experience staying at the Steg hotel was pleasant. Affordable prices with swimming pool and gym-thank you.

Everything seemed well at first, but then we discovered several problems, such as the lack of soundproofing in the room. We could hear the other guests talking, using the hairdryer, and blasting music from the other room. The bed was also quite noisy. In my perspective, the site was not secure. Many homeless sleep in the nearby neighborhoods, and when my husband was smoking in front of the hotel, he was almost attacked by a local mad woman, and the security guard did nothing to help. Maybe they're terrified as well. The reception staff refused to assist us in ordering flowers for our wedding and ordered a cab for us, suggest us to go to the main road on our own to get a taxi.

This accommodation is great for business traveling at the heart of Kuala Lumpur. The room is non-smoking and it is clean and comfortable. Soundproofing is great and that gives you peaceful and good slumber. Hotel staff are friendly and polite. You can find restaurants inside and nearby the hotel. There are gym, swimming pool at Lvl2. Free Wi-Fi access. Overall, it is a good experience and value for money.

I got bed that the windows shows me the twin tower, it 's amazing.

Parking far and need payment. Valet always full.

Hotel lama yang baru di renovasi tapi masih terasa kesan lamanya di beberapa bagian seperti pintu kamar, check in cepat, kamar luas dan ada netflix TV besar internet lancar sayangnya lokasi masuk ke dalam.
