The room that I get is far from below my expectations, the room is dirty from the bed sheets, furniture and even the floor, feels really dusty. Even got some newt droppings mark on the seat. The air conditioning is odd and hardly makes any difference between on and off. The pool is dirty, got some insects and spider web on it. Even the pricing is quite odd for services that I got. But the staff is very friendly, hope the management fix this issues quickly.

The location is very far, when we arrived at the villa we found a very dirty lobby and the sofa where we were sitting had some lizard droppings. The staff did not wear uniforms and served us perfunctorily, when we arrived at the room. Our room was not cleaned properly until we had to ask the villa staff for a broom to sweep it ourselves, then the villa staff delivered a broom for us but there was no movement to help us. Until a second staff member came and finally moved to help us after the previous work was almost finished, our room floor was dusty and not mopped, then the air conditioner was not cold enough to fill the room area, the swimming pool was not cleaned and the price of food at this villa in our opinion was very unaffordable. The villa staff was very few and we were not served well, the main pool was also not cleaned the entire villa as if its cleanliness was not considered. The villa and hotel do not seem to have interesting activities for guests who choose to stay here.

Room ok. But that part of the swimming pool is dirty and there are lizard carcasses in the pool hahaha. The streets are very small. The atmosphere is comfortable because it is right on the edge of the rice fields.

Stay 1 night in a villa with private pool. Rooms, facilities, breakfast, hospitality, incredible views. Really recommend.

Saya dan keluarga sangat menikmati menginap di sini, staff ramah juga sangat membantu, kamar bersih, rapih, bahkan dapat diskon jika berkunjung ke Alas Harum. Saran saya max check-in ketika masih ada matahari paling lambat jam 18.00 sudah di hotel. Terima kasih semua staff Thantha Serenity Resort, liburan kami menyenangkan

The place is attractive, but it clearly has seen better days. The bedroom was pleasant and well appointed. The rest of the property needs attention and care, though. The location is beautiful, once you arrive. Arriving is problematic. The road in is very narrow, muddy, and in places, slippery. There seems to be a problem between the hotel and the neighbor who owns the rice field directly in front. He deliberately played annoying music as loudly as possible while I was trying to eat breakfast. When I asked him, at first politely, to turn it down, he became rude and abusive. So, a place that could be lovely, but has problems that need to be fixed.

Villanya terletak di tengah sawah. Saat malam hari bener-bener sunyi cocok untuk yang cari suasana bener-bener pedesaan. Untuk Villa masih tergolong baru, kamar dan kolam renang bersih. Terdapat bathtub, kompor, tempat cuci piring, piring, sendok garpu & gelas-gelas. Pengelola baik & ramah sekali. Jalan menuju Villa sempit pas 1 mobil. Sebaiknya hindari malam hari untuk check in karena jalan yang gelap. Kemarin tiba malam hari, kami telepon pihak villa dan tidak begitu lama ada petugas yang menjemput untuk memandu jalan. Secara keseluruhan villanya bagus.

The resort is far from the crowd, and it is perfect for your hideaway. Just listen to the voice of the wind from the birdscare tools in the middle of the rice fields surrounding.
