Regarding your comments, we would like to clarify and respond as follows: Bed issue: According to the booking information, the room type you selected is "1 large double bed or 2 double beds", and you did not send a request for a specific bed type (you must have made a mistake, you only sent a request for check-in time). Therefore, we proactively arranged a room with 2 double beds to provide the most spacious and comfortable space. We apologize if this has caused any misunderstanding. Kitchenware: We apologize for the unclear description that caused inconvenience to you. As you commented, we only provide basic cooking utensils such as electric stoves, pots, pans, dishes. Spices and consumables are not prepared (the description only states the kitchen area, not spices) and you will have to prepare them yourself to suit your own needs. Cleaning and equipment: We are extremely sorry that the rooms and bathroom glass are not up to standard. We have noted and immediately requested professional cleaning staff to conduct a general cleaning and maintenance. Your detailed comments are a great motivation for us to improve every day.
