the hotel staff is nice, the hotel atmosphere is comfortable. when entering the hotel, the toilet is full of hair, the shower water is not running smoothly. the used tea spoon has not been replaced. the room floor is dirty.

1. Access to the hotel and security are very good 👍. 2. Service at the reception, ok and there is a lift and stairs, 👍. 3. Entering the room, you get a nice and beautiful atmosphere, and it looks luxurious 👍. 4. Android TV works well, there are local-international TV broadcasts 👍, can access YouTube and others. 5. Wifi for residents cannot be accessed 😔. 6. Cleanliness of the bathroom area, looks clean but there are small animals perched on the walls of the bathroom area 😔. Maybe camphor needs to be placed so that the bathroom area can be protected from these cute animals. 7. The AC works well, but it is not so cold at 18 ° C for Hotel standards. When made POWERFULL, water drips. 8. The food in the restaurant is very delicious and the cleanliness is also very good 👍🥰.

Room cleanliness needs to be improved. The spoons in the room are oily, as if they haven't been washed. The towels are time to be changed. The room is not soundproof. The AC is not cold, just cool. The shower is not smooth. There are too many tables in the room, making the room cramped.
