Quite satisfying, next time I want to stay again.

Hotel staff is not friendly, hotel facilities are poor, rooms are stuffy, far from city access, rooms are not comfortable.

Overall it is good, suggestions for the completeness of sugar, coffee and tea if it is no longer suitable should be renewed even though it has not been used. In some spots of the room there are still spider webs.

Here are some reviews from us - wifi in the room is very slow signal, sometimes it can't be detected - standard bf menu variations, taste is quite good - toilet flushing must be done twice - TV should be replaced with smart TV - sometimes there is an unpleasant smell in the pool area - lots of flies in the area outside the restaurant near the pool

Friendly staff, good food, nice room, TV with lots of movie shows, clean, hot water ok, clean towels, complete bathroom equipment, and fun, thx, next time I want to stay there again. suggestions: 1. for the pool, there needs to be a rule to wear swimsuits (so that the pool water doesn't become cloudy and murky) + prepare towels for residents who want to swim, so that room towels are not brought to the pool, the elevator is often wet and slippery because people finish swimming and go straight back to their rooms without drying their bodies first, so water drips along the main lobby to the elevator. 2. for breakfast, there needs to be strict supervision of the number of people who enter for breakfast, I noticed that sometimes 2 enter from the front, the other 2 enter from the front of the pool, so the number of people who have breakfast should be 2 adults per room, so it becomes 4 adults, and that was more than 1 incident. poor people who follow the rules, but many others also cheat, because of lax supervision. Let's look after this hotel together, follow the rules so that it lasts and produces produce for the Southwest Papua region.

good and family friendly. suitable for business trip

Stayed here because I wanted to staycation with my family. Parking is okay, the parking lot is spacious👍, the hotel lobby is also okay, the receptionist staff are also friendly, check in only takes 5 minutes and we get the key. We deliberately chose a deluxe room with a pool view. The interior of the room is quite okay, there is a balcony too. Oh yeah, there is also welcome fruit for hotel guests. Nice👍 Just a little input & criticism.. -The room should be prepared to be clean, even though the room was empty but at least for the floor, especially the corners and edges of the tiles and the cupboard shelves, it would be better if they were dust-free..because the dust is very visible..to the point where we clean it first with wet tissue before we put things down. -Why is the wifi signal on the 5th floor so slow..so it's useless to have wifi facilities, because it can't be used -At the Pool Bar..it's better to immediately put information about the rental. Whether it's towels, tires, or gazebos. So visitors don't have to be confused and even have to look for officers who know how much the rental price is. -Same 1 more thing about security..is there really no security on standby in front of the lobby door? Because from the beginning of our check in until check out..there was no security at all in the front area of the lobby. Okay that's all my review..the rest we are satisfied staying here🤎

The house keeping needs to be improved

I didn't check in because the location was very far from the airport, and transportation was also expensive.

Cleanliness of rooms and swimming pool needs to be improved.

The staff are friendly, the food is delicious and complete, the swimming pool view is good, you won't regret staying here for 3 nights. Hopefully we can return to Aimas Hotel again.
