Sorry for the late review🙏 I've stayed at this hotel twice, and my two-night stay was very satisfying. The service was good and friendly, the room was clean, and all the room facilities were functioning properly. However, at breakfast, the fish was so salty that I and several other guests couldn't eat it. Hopefully, it will be better in the future. There are lots of culinary options around the hotel, so there's no need to worry. Maxone is one of the hotels my family will choose if they return to Jayapura again.

Hotel located in the city center, very good for staying, friendly staff, varied food menu, good room accommodation, recommended for staying in Jayapura City

The hotel is quite strategically located if you are staying in the city area, it is close to everywhere. The distance to the airport is quite far, it takes 1 hour, so if you have a morning flight, you have to arrive very early, but the service and comfort are good.

The location is very strategic in the center of Jayapura. Access to government and private offices is excellent. One downside: I wish the desk in the room could be larger, as it's not big enough to accommodate a laptop. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and will be back in the future.

The hotel is comfortable, the staff is friendly, and there are many food stalls and various snacks nearby. The downside is that when I entered the room, there were tissue marks from the previous guest next to the bed. Perhaps they weren't careful when cleaning. Furthermore, the room didn't have a mini fridge for storing drinks or food.

Stayed at this hotel for 5 days, thank God it was good.

Overall, it's comfortable and satisfying here.

My Idol Hotel since 2024 now 🔥🔥🔥

The location is very strategic, right in the heart of Jayapura city. 2 things that could be improved are the position of the sofa in the warmth type room which is different from the display on the website when booking and the smart tv connectivity in the room. I booked a warmth type room because the sofa position is right next to the window (corner), but actually the sofa is next to the wall. Then, the smart tv connectivity on the first day was very smooth (can watch youtube, check news on google, etc.), but on the 2nd day until the last day I couldn't access youtube/google at all. I've asked for repairs, but there was no change (can't open youtube like the first day). BTW, I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights. The positive thing that really helped me was the quick action of one of the hotel staff to order me a taxi to the airport on the day at 06.30 WIT after the previous taxi order left me without any confirmation. Overall, happy to be able to stay here ☺️

I really like the view from the room.. there are only a few facilities such as telephone and television that cannot be used at that time.. there are bathroom equipment such as towels and soap that are not available.

Friendly receptionist, clean bed and bathroom, access to shopping and culinary delights nearby.
