The room was quite spacious, but the water heater wouldn't work, and the roof tiles were cold. Poor kids. I've contacted the owner, but there's been no response. The place wasn't very clean either. There was a package of dog food in the kitchen cupboard, and a used towel was also found in the bedroom cupboard.

+ Large room + There are cutlery and microwave + Nice view of the road + Close to several restaurants and supermarkets - One of the rooms we booked had lots of cockroaches that climbed onto the bed, even though the room had been changed, we were given another room with cockroaches - The reception was only virtual using WA and no staff helped during check in and check out - The room was not cleaned if we didn't ask for it and it took a long time to ask for it - The elevator is old and difficult if given a different floor and can't go to a different floor

We ordered 2 rooms but 1 room was broken, dirty, not maintained, basically it was dirty.

Room facilities and comfort are given more attention.

Nice room, enough for a family of 5 to 6 people, 😀, comfortable, and clean.

February is foggy..so it's quite cool. comfortable to stay longer.

THIS'S THE PLEASANT PLACE. 2-storey room. complete with washing machine, refrigerator, electric stove, cutlery, cooking utensils, sofa, dining table, detergent, salt, sugar, everything is there. the apartment is in a mall next to Starbucks. the downside is the food in the food court doesn't suit my taste.

Sink and toilet have very strong smell and didn't have hair dryer…

Hotel but more precisely apart. But clean. There are all complete facilities. Fully stocked kitchen. Choose 1 room enough for 4 people. Because in the living room there is a sofa that can be used as a bed for 2 adults. Can I borrow a blanket? To go to the upper genting area, you can order grab. Only around 18RM. Returning from First World to the hotel is also less than 20RM. Cheaper than taking a gondola. Comfortable hotel. Security is maintained because there are security guards. Around the hotel there are many places to eat, restaurants, minimarkets and laundry. So far it's ok. Highly recommended for friends who bring their family. Cheap prices, complete facilities, friendly staff, complete environment.
