Friendly owner + security, spacious enough for 2 people, clean room, narrow but clean toilet, water using bucket, no shower but its okay, no tissue, no trash can, no mineral water, no towels, enough clothes hangers lots, there is AC, there is a TV, the bed is enough for 2 people and is quite comfortable, overall okay.

Nice, clean, beautiful place & ladies and gentlemen who have a friendly + kind homestay. There is 1 room where the AC is not cold but it's okay there is still a fan (1 AC room also has a fan). Spacious + safe parking & in front of the homestay selling lots of food + close to the yellow bamboo market. Thank you very much, we will come back later 🫶🏼.
