The remolded palace was elegant and pleasing for those who can appreciate the art deco styles. The staff was very helpful. The restaurant was excellent. We lkke the convenient location where it was a short walk to the train station anx thd old town center. It was a great location for tourists visiting.

Fantastic room [the larger suites], solid breakfast and service at restaurant. Jacuzzi and Saunas is a great place to relax - very clean. What could be improved is to provide body wash small bottles n rooms with bathtub. Gym, while good use of space, is tiny and could have heavier dumbbells to get a workout Also, has dog friendly rooms in case travling with family/friends that have small dogs. Location next to park and creek ideal for walking, jogging, and biking. Overall 9/10

The hotel is very nice and clean. It is within a walkable distance to the city center and multiple restaurants. The noise level from the street can be overwhelming at times (especially with the trams passing). The noise made it challenging for us to get rest. We were also surprised that the staff did not offer to help with our luggage given the 5-star rating. Overall, the stay was okay.

Not bad hotel but not necessarily worth the price they are asking for it. I stayed one night and frankly, you are getting all the same experience in any decent chain hotel - just at a more reasonable price. Maybe it’s just me not feeling the pompous vibe of this place.

The hotel is located directly next to public transportation which creates a very noisy environment.

Nice location, had to request a room change, assistant manager Julia was very helpful. Overall we are happy with our stay.

Beautiful, historical property in immaculate condition throughout. The location is good and the service fine. Unfortunately, between the slightly hard bed and the nearby tram, it was not possible to get a restful night’s sleep. As long as you can get a room off the main street, highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel. Room was amazing and spa was lovely after a day of walking. Downside was the room that we stayed in ran adjacent to the tram line and it sounded and felt like it was running through the room. Also the bar was small and lacked any atmosphere but was okay for a quick drink before hitting the city.

Good hotel

The property is beautiful but we were out in a room just steps off of the lobby on the first floor. Literally you check in, go up four steps and our room was right there. We had a room looking out the front of the hotel and had to keep the shades drawn at all times even in the bathroom or else people walking by could see us. It was incredibly noisy with the train going by constantly outside our window as well as all the lobby noise. Doors banging people talking and laughing, clomping up and down the stairs outside our door. So loud. All the doors were terribly cracked and ugly. The rest of the room was fine. Beautiful bathroom. We had to ask for a pillow case to be changed since it had mold stains on it.

Nice hotel but quite expensive. Restaurant was particularly pricey, so did not eat there. Location ok, about 15 minutes walk from the old market square.

Really wonderful hotel - boutique chic - stunning room really modern nice bedding could have had better pillows - jacuzzi a great advantage after walking the town - near town centre with plenty of bars and shops and cake ! Lobby bar quite small and closed early - we did sit in there but only enough seating for 10 people - didn’t use the restaurant for breakfast - nice touch fresh water and coffee everyday Highly recommend for safe stay
