It was our first time staying here and the virtual checkin was different but it was quick and easy. I have never had to pay extra for parking but i would stay here again.

The location is excellent, and it is a clean and quiet place.

The fact that there was no front desk staff at all and that I had to call someone specifically to ask to have the room made up is unacceptable. When I checked in/out, it was with someone on a tv screen who wasn’t in the building let alone the country. Not ok.

Getting away for the night. Love the jacuzzi.

Right off the highway. Plenty of option nearby for shopping and food.

Hotel was great. Hate that you have to pay for parking after you already paid for the room. But we found parking in the street both nights we were there. Would definitely come back!

Amazing hotel

The room I had was very disappointing. The AC barely worked and the room felt humid and stuffy most of the time regardless of what I set the thermostat to. The shower floor had dark stains on it and there was a baby roach in it when I first arrived. There was also a lot of rust that had accumulated around the shower base and near the bathroom door hinge. The comfort of the bed was the one plus. You check in with a virtual agent through a kiosk. A little strange, but it was quick and easy. Even the location is super convenient for me based on where I need to get when I visit LA, I can’t see myself staying here again.

Convinient, friendly hotel on a budget. If you are looking for a place to spend the night only this is a clean, inexpensive alternative. Bed was very comfortable, the bathroom pretty clean. Easy chick-in and check-out. Walking distance to local, low key restaurants. Easy access to mayor freeways. We were at Universal Studios in about 20 minutes during traffic hours.

The cleaning staff made the experience for us. There are only remote workers at the front desk, so your only human interaction at the hotel (aside from other customers) is with the friendly and helpful cleaning staff. One woman in particular fron the cleaning staff was exceptionally friendly and caring, striking up conversation whenever she saw us and creating a very welcoming environment. I forget her name, something that started with a C or S, Cynthia maybe? She always wore a face mask, and she really had an air of confidence and ownership about her. She absolutely deserves a raise and a promotion!!

The hotel is a good value at this price point. The only negative was getting used to having no front desk staff. But there was always someone available via the computer screen set up in the lobby. By the time we checked out, it was no big deal.

My recent stay presented a few challenges, primarily concerning a non-functional shower that took over two days and multiple attempts to address. Despite notifying the front desk three times that it was permissible for a repair person to enter my room in my absence, the issue remained unresolved. The bathtub did not have a drain stopper which led to a rather unconventional bathing experience. Despite the plumbing woes, the hotel's excellent price point and strategic location proved to be significant upsides. Its proximity to the Hollywood area was a major advantage, allowing me to avoid the notorious Los Angeles traffic during my frequent visits. Furthermore, the abundance of DoorDash options and speedy deliveries in the area was incredibly convenient throughout my stay. A standout feature of this hotel is its complimentary water service in the lobby. This sophisticated water dispenser offers a variety of flavors, the option to add caffeine, and even the ability to carbonate your water. I found myself frequently utilizing this machine, a true highlight amidst the inconveniences. Overall, while the shower situation was frustrating, the hotel's prime location, DoorDash accessibility, and the fantastic water dispenser certainly added value to my stay.
