Excelente servicio por parte de todo el staff. Ya sean los recepcionistas, como los escarpados del breakfast bufee, todos tienen el mejor trato y una sonrisa. El hotel limpio, habitaciones amplias y lo mejor es que se encuentra en una zona tranquila pero a solo minutos de las principales atracciones. Totalmente recomendado.

Piccolo gioiello Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura, un ex convento che oggi si può considerare un piccolo boutique hotel nel cuore della città vecchia di Praga. La hall e gli spazi comuni sono di ridotte dimensioni, ma ogni minimo dettaglio è perfettamente curato. All'ingresso l'essenzialità immacolata e la raffinatezza degli arredi e dei decori balza subito all'occhio. Si viene poi accolti dall'ineccepibile professionalità e cortesia del personale, che è uno dei punti forti della struttura. Non farete in tempo a chiedere o necessitare di un servizio, che vi sarà già stato offerto. Pur avendo viaggiato per decenni e soggiornato anche in strutture di alto livello, raramente ho trovato ambienti comuni accoglienti e un'attenzione al cliente tanto personalizzata e cortese. Anche quando ho avuto un piccolo problema con la camera è stato prontamente ed egregiamente risolto. L'unico neo che si può trovare è l'arredamento delle camere standard, nelle quali la moquette (seppur pulitissima) e l'arredo vecchio non si abbinano alla raffinatezza e modernità del resto della struttura. Ci sono poi alcuni dettagli mancanti, quali i prodotti da bagno ridotti e scadenti e l'assenza della macchina per il caffè. In compenso il materasso, i cuscini e le lenzuola sono di buona qualita. Nel complesso è una struttura degna di nota.

We appreciated the quiet and safe location and short distance to the National Theater. There are also many restaurants and cafés in the neighbourhood. Close to metro stop and tram stop.

Amazing place to stay, great location as only a 10min walk from main square, very safe and quiet street too (it’s actually opposite the police station too). The staff were brilliant and so helpful - the hotel itself is stunning and very clean. If you have breakfast there is a small but nice selection of cereal,croissants,bread of different varieties, sliced cheeses and meats, yoghurts and fruits. There was also a hot selection too.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Its location made exploring the city effortless. Despite being centrally situated, the hotel was peaceful, providing a restful environment. The staff were friendly and attentive. The suite itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Additionally, the rates were affordable, offering great value for the quality of service and amenities provided. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

Terrific location for walking to different areas. Good restaurant nearby. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. They answered questions on where to find good vegetarian restaurants and were helpful in allowing us to leave our bags there for a few hours after we checked out.

Super helpful staff at reception who helped us make the most of our time over Xmas period, room was spacious and clean, great location.

Although the room was dated it was very clean and comfortable. Rear facing room was very quiet at night. Tea making facilities provided but no coffee or milk only teabags.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was just enough away from the hustle and bustle to be quiet but close enough to walk everywhere we wanted to. Very comfortable and spacious room.
