Amazing Staff, service, and such a beautiful hotel. Great food and drinks, the Roof top bar is gorgeous! Great location and aweaome shower!

Great service and location.

I like the closeness of Poblado ,,Dislike the room were Very small,,and at night Very noisey,,,Good thing they had the noise control music next to the bed,,I even showed my handicap I.D and the reception people,who were very young,,,didn’t even cared.. Won’t be staying there again to expensive and the service is lacking,, Not everyone goes to Medellin to party,,some of us go to experience the culture and not the party.

The property is modern, clean, and conveniently located in a prime area, close to the Poblano area and an easy walk to restaurants and nightlife. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, and check-in was quick and easy. The room was comfortable and well-appointed. A special shout-out to the housekeeping staff, especially the lovely lady who took care of my room. She was super friendly and kept everything spotless every day. My only issue, and it was a minor one, was that I spotted a small cockroach in the room late one night, and again two days later. I understand that these issues can occur occasionally in any hotel, especially in warmer climates, but I hope management is addressing them to prevent future occurrences. Aside from that, I had a great time and would still recommend this hotel to others. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Nice property. Convenient location. Very polite and helpful staff. The only negative thing I have to say about this place is that the bed was not comfortable at all! It was a super hard mattress. Almost felt like you were sleeping on the floor.

Buena zona, buen hotel, solo no nos gusto la oscuridad de los pasillos y había alguien silbando en el pasillo en la oscuridad, haciendo que uno se sienta inseguro. Habitaciones son super pequeñas, pero el equipo de front desk muy atento, bueno, evitando que entre cualquier persona al hotel.

We enjoyed its modern feel and great location. As with many hotels in El Poblado, it was noisy at night but still managed to sleep.

The hotel was very nice and well taken care of. The rooms were very minimalistic, which is fine with me. I was not a fan of the bathroom of my room, but I know now in case I go back again.

Please help me write a review for The hotel I stayed at in Medellin Colombia, Hashtag 98: Located in the vibrant, exciting and lively neighborhood of El Poblado. Prior to my trip I was contacted by the hotel to arrange transportation from the airport, it was well priced and 100% worth it, I paid in pesos but they do have the ability to pay with card at the hotel when you get dropped off. I was able to check into my room without any issues. My room was on the 8th floor, clean, aesthetically pleasing and had everything I needed, I also LOVED the large floor to ceiling window in my room that gave me an amazing view of the city. The location of the hotel could not have been better, it is literally 2-3 blocks away from Provenza which has endless bars food and entertainment. It made going out and coming back to the hotel easier and cheaper because we didn’t need a taxi. One of the nights we arranged private transportation through the hotel to take us to areas out of el poblado and it was really fun and helpful. Overall, I loved this hotel for the amenities, location and especially thought the staff was friendly, helpful and genuinely wanted to give their guests the best possible experience. If you have the option to include the breakfast I would, it made it easy to get some food before heading out into the city for the day. Would 100% recommend this hotel and would stay here again and again.
