I had a great stay at the Hotel Coco. I arrived earlier than my check in and they made arrangements for me to get into my room right away, which was appreciated. The staff was friendly, attentive and regularly checked in with me about my stay. The included breakfast was a nice perk. Only critique would be on the room size, some may find it a bit on the smaller end but for me as a solo traveller, it fit the bill perfectly. I’d recommend Hotel Coco to anyone.

Hotel Coco is a beautiful hotel staffed by a lovely group of people. They seemed genuinely interested in providing a nice experience for me and the other guests. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Gracias pro todo!

Hotel Coco es una propiedad preciosa en una ubicación de primera. Pese a esto, tienen mucho que mejorar en el servicio y es más bien una cuestión de afinar detalles de la operación. La habitación era un poco fría y solo había una calefacción portátil que ni conectada estaba, hubo que llamar a recepción para que interviniera. Le hicieron mantenimiento a la piscina (imposible de utilizar por la baja temperatura) en el 3er día, más no limpiaron la habitación y fue una decepción al llegar en la tarde porque la expectativa era diferente. No había donde colgar las toallas en el baño. Más que nada, las suites del primer nivel son hermosas, pero el ruido es terrible, en las mañanas sobre todo. El recibimiento VIP fue 2 botellas de agua de coco, un poco pobre. Por otro lado, a pesar de estos detalles, la propiedad es preciosa, limpia, acogedora, de un gusto impecable. Regresaría, pero a otra habitación y ya sabiendo de los detalles de cuidado.

Nicely located in a good part of the city. Safe to walk out at night with plenty of restaurants nearby. Uber to historic centre approx £4. First room had a leaking ceiling in bathroom so allocated a different bigger room M01. Room was a decent size with plenty of open plans storage. Bed and pillows were ok. Good sized bathroom with a good rain shower. However, only one water glass, one cup/sachet of coffee for drip coffee for a 2 person room. No hooks anywhere to hang anything. Very dimly lit. No room tissues. No instructions how to use safe. Breakfast so so. A few choices but limited to one plated food item and 2 drinks per person. Hotel was a classic case of design over substance.

We only stayed there for one night but we will definitely be back. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a perfect walkable location. The staff were so kind and helpful. We highly recommend Hotel Coco.

We stayed here twice during our visit to Colombia - three days at the beginning and two days at the end. Both trips were good and we would definitely stay here again. The Good bits - very safe area, walking distance to loads of great restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff. Quirky modern building with nice room. Amazing rainfall shower. Good breakfast. The Not-so Good bits - sound insulation between the rooms isn't great and you can clearly hear your neighbors talking and their TV through the walls - could be improved. Other than that, it was all good. We would certainly recommend this hotel and would stay again if we ever return to Bogota.

I absolutely loved this hotel. I did get a Superior room, which was spacious and clean and had a really nice shower. The included breakfast was fast and also really fresh and tasty, and good coffee. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and all greeted me any time I came in or left the hotel. I also appreciated many restaurants and coffee shops within a minute or 2 walking distance. If I ever come back to Bogota, I’ll immediately book here again.

The staff at the hotel are wonderful, so helpful. I felt safe in the area and would highly recommend the hotel.

Beautiful property, very conveniently located with friendly accommodating staff. Dozens of excellent dining options within a short walk. Great views from the rooftop bar.

Excellent service from the entire hotel staff. From the moment we arrived, they helped us with all our questions, gave us dining options, and assisted us with reservations. Without a doubt, we will return.

I ran out of toilet paper. They just give you one. I had to come downstairs at midnight for it because they don’t answer your messages in a timely manner. I ordered food and I asked them when ordering my food to bring me ketchup for my potatoes and they didn’t bring it. When I texted them asking for it, they said those potatoes don’t come with it. Like really. Rude.
