Loved the hotel and location !! Staff wonderful

As with other Home2 I have stayed at it was a fantastic stay. Breakfast is a grab and go style that is hot but I prefer buffet style offerings. This would be my only nit pick. It's definitely better than continental breakfast. Also this property was close to many other dining options that could be drove to within 10 mins. Highly recommend this chain and location.

There was a stain on the bed sheets and orange residue in the shower. Wish there were blackout curtains as an option.

Great hotel and great location

The front desk worker was very kind and efficient. The suite was huge and clean. The kids loved the pool.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. The kitchen was stocked with plates and silverware with a dishwasher for convenience. The parade fridge came in handy. The nice attention to detail even with the shower handle. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would hIghly recommend this stay.

Room was clean and had basic needs. Location was right off interstate. Front desk personal were friendly and knowledgeable. The Breakfas service was a lot better than a typical con breakfast. It was plentiful and they constantly kept it orderly. Lots of options. Room was very clean and organized .

not good food options

Very nice and convenient area with food not too far distance. Hospital across the road and close to highway. Quiet and had a peaceful sleep. Always great experience staying at Home2

Room amenities were good but couch and bed were very uncomfortable. Decor was like a box of crayons exploded - nothing matched. Sheets were pilly. Decent breakfast. Overall adequate. Expected more for the amount charged.

Rooms were very nice. Pool heat was not working.

Really great hotel with amazinf staff, would recommend for people visiting family around the area.

Nice, clean, no issues

Food was left in the room we initially was given. The next room was clean. Beds are so hard and warn.

It was a great atmosphere and quiet.

Other than property not having a hot tub it was perfect.

Clean, comfortable and perfect for one overnight stay. The breakfast was just slightly above average which I view the average as "not great" (had bacon - rare). Convenient for Grand Rapids area. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Everything was in perfect condition. Rooms are huge annd very comfortable. Only stayed one night, in town for an event. Our event was downtown GR only 15 minutes away and this hotel so much cheaper than downtown GR. New hotel built in 2022 and everything still looks brand new. We arrived early and were able to checkin immediately. Very friendly staff. No complaints whatsoever.
