Expensive, no kettle, no duvet, no safe, so I wouldn’t stay again. On positive note it’s a great location, has a modern decor and felt secure.

Bypillow in Cádiz was perfectly locate. It was clean and the beds were so comfortable. The shower worked well with plenty of hot water. The lounge area of the hotel with lockers was very convenient and comfortable. The pool area has no shade, which would have made it more welcoming to me, but the fact that there was a pool was wonderful. Housekeeping did a good job. The highlight was the service. The people working at the front desk were amazing and so helpful. I would finitely stay here because you get your money’s worth.

Great location near the cathedral. It close enough to the train & bus station to walk with our rolling luggage. Lovely and helpful staff. The room was comfortable, modern and clean. The luggage storage with restroom was very convenient and incredibly thoughtful for travelers.

Excellent location!

A stunning hotel in the heart of Cadiz. The rooms are perfectly furnished and immaculately clean. The rooftop terrace and pool are spot on, too. Very helpful staff and a prime location - the property is on a busy thoroughfare near but you don't hear a sound of a night. The ideal place to stay to experience a special city.

Hotel has very small entrance/reception, boutique I guess. Receptionist and all staff we encountered were extremely pleasant and helpfull. Room was very clean, large flat tv (we never switched it on). Shower room was a little small but worked for us (grouting around bottom of shower could be replaced or cleaned). Room was based over a very busy street on first floor (central) to the old town. We did expect some noise, but have to comend the hotel with its double doors/window, we had no noise whatsoever. No bar or resturante fiund at the hotel, but lots if cafe, restaurants close bye. Hitel dis advertise a small pool on top of hotel. And thats exactly what it is. Its 0.7m deep. We did however use it on both days. Its a very quiet roof terrace with a couple of sunbeds/chairs. I was able to sit on the floor of the pool and maintain mu head above water whilst listening to the church bells ring every 15min. The hotel is situated right in the middle (centro). Perfect for a short stay. I would definitely use the premises again if i vist Cadiz (old town). They also provide tea/coffee facilities in the rooms

We decided to spend more on this place because it was promoted as having a swimming pool — but told that when we arrived that it is never opened until end of May. The information is wrong The rooms were good - the staff helpful - and it is centrally located

We loved this little hotel. The rooms are quite small, but very new and clean. There is a nice rooftop terrace area to enjoy. They also offer lockers for your luggage if you’re checked out and want to wander around more in Cádiz. It’s such a perfect location in the old town and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

This was a perfect home for us while enjoying Carnaval. Close to everything in the old city, but quiet and cozy when we needed a break from the action. We appreciated the luggage lockers available to facilitate early arrival or late departure. Kettle provided in the room. Coffee machine in the working space.

We had a nice room with terrace - more an outside area with walls and no view , but it was nice to sit and plan our day outside . Hotel has a large common room to sit and relax or have breakfast . It is well located , close to the mercado and all the sights. Surprisingly quiet at night for this central location. About 5 minutes walk to nearby parking.

Nice hotel in a good location near to the cathedral. The room we were given on arrival had an unpleasant smell so we asked to be moved and were given a new room with no dispute. Everything was resolved easily.
