Wrong room booked, staff informed the reason for no room even though booked in advance, made the guest wait for more than 30 minutes but received the wrong room :))
Delicious food, ok amenities

Sai phòng đã đặt, nhân viên thông báo lý do hết phòng mặc dù đã đặt trước, bắt khách đợi phòng hơn 30p nhưng nhận sai phòng :))
Đồ ăn ngon, tiện ích ok

Extremely bad service. The receptionist spoke rudely (male staff wearing glasses), teased and challenged customers. The room was old and smelly.

Dịch vụ cực kỳ tệ Nhân viên lễ tân nói chuyện khó nghe( nhân viên nam đeo kính) , trả trêu thách đố khách hàng Phòng cũ , hôi

Khách sạn rất mới và sạch sẽ. Đồ ăn sáng tạm, hơi mặn và không đa dạng. Vị trí thì hơi xa một chút nhưng có mướn xe máy thì cũng có thể chấp nhận được. Rất nhiều khách Hàn nên tivi toàn tiếng Hàn, khách Việt khó sử dụng.
