Extremely convenient and comfortable wrt the airport

Parking is very poor!! Easy walk to airport. Very clean. It was just very hard to find, not car friendly.

Staff were very helpful, as my luggage arrived late from airport.

Had an interesting stay here. Firstly I booked through Expedia, very reasonable prices. However finding the hotel took, 20 minutes of walking around L’s in Nice. Rooms quite spacious and well equipped, all very modern. Not too convinced by cleanliness found what looked suspiciously like a toe nail clipping in the bathroom. A bit of excitement when unannounced, my door was opened by a receptionistt and what looked like a porter. No idea why they didn’t knock, or what they wanted. To cap it all, gig a phone call asking for my name, and was bitten by a mosquito. But I got the little bleeder.

I enjoyed my stay! You need to walk to find it. Close to most of the places and I just 10 min walking from the airport! The breakfast is small but is enough! They offer room service (cleaning) if you pay extra. I recommend!

The room was constantly 27 degrees - even at night! It was late March and I was told that the aircon wouldn't be switched on because it was not 'summertime'. Leaving the window open at night to combat this meant 24/7 jumbo-jets in your ears, which I know can't be helped given the location. Couldn't sleep because it was so hot, bed was also extremely squeaky.

Room was spacious and clean. Close to airport. One room was on the top floor, but the air conditioning did not work well, it was 29.7 degree Celsius and we set 21 degree before sleep. In the morning it was 30 degree and we were so sweating.

very good place but it is important for people to know that there is no parking and no access with a car. The hotel is very quiet and located in a pedestrian area

Walking distance to the airport.

It was actually easy to locate. It is within Grand Arenas plaza. Walkable distance from the tram stop. A 5 minute tram ride from both airport terminals. Will stay at this location on another trip to Nice. Very conviniently located. I also like the kitchenette within the rooms. Very clean spaces, with all necessary amenities. Convenience stores, cafes and mini restaurants just walking distances within arenas plaza.

excellent location for local transport connections including the train to Monaco or Marseille... or tram into the old town. Only negative is the lack of any bars, shops, or restaurants in the vicinity. There is only a basic vending machine in the building.
