The hotel has a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the bedding, especially in the villas, needs improvement, given the abundance of bamboo and wood materials used in the beds. So far, I've enjoyed my stay here.

There were insects in the room :( the rest was overall good. Amenities were also not available, had to be requested before they were provided sadly

the hotel is nice and it's located near mandalika. my bed sheet wasn't clean enought. there were a lot of stain.

The location is close to the Mandalika circuit, which is the location of the Pocari Run event. The staff helped us check in quickly, as we were a bit exhausted upon arrival. The rooms are spacious enough, making them suitable for families with children. The private beach offers unique sand. The swimming pool is also suitable for children.

It's beachfront with safe waves for kids to play in. It's close to the hill, so there are plenty of activities to choose from. It's close to Mandalika, so you can see the circuit from the hill. I really like the hotel and its surroundings. I don't like the food; it's really not that great. Please improve it, because no matter how much you like a hotel, if the food isn't good, it's hard to come back. The breakfast menu also lacks variety and taste. There's only one coffee machine, which can lead to long queues during holidays and peak seasons. Please improve the food and breakfast.

Fun. Staff is very friendly, fast, informative. Nice, clean sandy beach road. Clean swimming pool. Clean, comfortable, spacious room. Breakfast is varied and delicious. So kids friendly.

The mattress is thin, location is far from the city, can't take Grab to pick up guests to the hotel.

Good location in the mandalika area, suitable for those of you who are looking for a place that is not too crowded, has a beautiful private beach with white sand. Kids friendly. Spacious room with traditional wood design but very well maintained, no iron and the bathroom clean but no toiletries such as toothbrush and toothpaste, only bar soap, bath gel, and shampoo. Breakfast is not too much variety, the taste is quite good, order room service pizza and chicken wings which are delicious.
