This hotel is not recommended, the ambiance smell was not so good & facilities were out of order.

Clean. But unfortunately last week I stayed in a room at the back which was a bit dirty and the door was hard to close, broken.

The hotel is very clean, and the service is very good, thank you to the staff and hotel management, come on friends, bring your family and friends to stay again.

Staying at this hotel is very good and can be recommended. It's just that parking is a bit difficult because it can only accommodate a few cars.

There were lots of mosquitoes and dust in the room, and at the beginning the front line staff were not very friendly.

The rooms are clean and the staff service is also very friendly. Next time, if you go to Samarinda again, you will definitely stay here again.

It was still very enjoyable to stay at this hotel, the only thing you need to pay attention to in the future is the friendliness of the receptionist. It seems indifferent and rude. There were also mosquitoes in the room that came inside.

Clean n friendly service. It's just a shame that the water is small, the sink is damaged, the wifi network is super slow.

The atmosphere is very Islamic, this hotel is actually quite clean, but because the ceiling is not too high it feels cramped, maybe because the wallpaper has an unattractive pattern so it looks old school, everything functions well, the TV is good, the AC is cold, the water also runs smoothly, equipped with toiletries, I didn't use breakfast, it was a bit difficult to find food in the morning around the hotel.

The staff served while playing games on their cellphones so they were less focused.

The hotel environment is clean, the rooms are clean, close to the city center. Suitable for business trips.

The receptionist and night guard were very friendly.

Actually the hotel is good in the middle of the city, sharia but the staff is not very helpful, there are no directions to the stairs so I got lost. Also there is no water heater and so on in the room. There is no tea or coffee, only 2 bottles of mineral water and there is no dispenser either
