Friendly staff, very friendly in serving and responding to room problems.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel.

The staff is friendly, when I came, the delivery restaurant happened to be closed, perfect for a staycation with my wife, but not suitable for a family.

I'm so far happy nginep here cm the kurg his little prayer sih his wifi broken trs same cleanliness if clean bersih2 room like to forget to wash the glasses that ktor and ngsh keset. the rest is all good. I'm comfortable here.

Clean rooms, within budget, decent service.

It's quite affordable. The room is clean.

The service is quite good, the room is also quite clean, but unfortunately the TV in the room I was staying in didn't work, otherwise it was still acceptable.

The bathroom exhaust did not work. The rooms were already open when the guest checked in. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. Stuffy. For a price of 300 thousand with facilities like that, it's so poor, especially since it's located in the center of West Surabaya. Why choose C.I here? Life is still ok. The price is not too expensive. The sheets should be replaced with new ones. Not too shabby yet but it's quite good. If it's clean and white, it's more comfortable to sleep on. That's all. Maybe the AC needs to be replaced with a new one. But so far it's still ok even though the AC is old

Dirty and messy office hotel in Surabaya.

strategic location, written on the glass entering the hotel no smoking but when entering the reception area you can smell cigarettes and the area is not neat and messy, the room area is not clean there is dust in the corners of the room, the pillow looks like it has not been replaced there are black marks and lipstick marks, finally slept on my own clothes. the walls of the room are peeling like damp paint is falling off

The floor of the room is wet, damp, under the mattress the walls are also dirty. The bathroom, under the sink and the floor under the shower are dirty.

Increase promotions, the service is already good, the parking area needs to be expanded.

Sorry, this is the second time I've been here, I happened to get a room on the second floor, when I entered the room I could smell the aroma of massage oil. The door to the room was no longer precise with the door leaf and the frame, including the bathroom door, could not be closed. The furniture seemed to be attacked by termites. Hopefully it will be better in the future.

Close to the city, the place is very comfortable. It's just a shame there is no parking space at the hotel, so parking is in the shophouse next door.
