Restaurant staff very responsive

Strategic location in the middle of the city and easy to reach to the city center according to needs and goals. So it makes it very easy.

The hotel room is quite small for a 4/5 stars hotel, and the restaurant is quite small as well. The main course is made by order, not buffet style, due to limited space. Overall, the hotel is good and the only hotel who give a wine for welcome drink.

It’s a great hotel at Kuningan area, strategic location if you have any plan to visit mega Kuningan area with limited budget However, they only give you one key for every room, so it’s very hard to keep the electricity keep on. Then, when I come to my room, the sink is broken but we can’t change the room. Luckily, it’s fixed by the mechanic but I have to wait for couples of minutes. The internet also very slow, so I keep using my own network. They also have rooftop Bar & Restaurants, and don’t forget to check the gym facilities.

I often stay at Artotel Casa Mega Kuningan, and it never fails to impress. The rooms are great, though I prefer the space of the Studio 28 for two people. Studio 25 is fine for one or a couple, and the bathrooms are a good size in both. The breakfast is great with a good selection and some imaginative dishes like the smashed Spanish omelette, plus the coffee is decent. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the bar on the roof is good for a sundowner or after-dinner drink. Billy the barman is a great asset.

minimal parking facilities. When it rains, the staff does not offer umbrellas. Lack of initiative seeing my wife who is heavily pregnant and carrying 1 child and belongings. For a nice, clean room, unfortunately there is no water kettle, so you can't boil water. Good breakfast, just don't like the breakfast that orders the main course.

When checking out, I was suddenly charged for soju, I didn't even bother holding it, let alone opening it and drinking it. Seriously, I was trapped.

Amazing clean rooms with great furniture. Had the breakfast and that was amazing too! Definitely recommended. I checked in early and they took care of my bags too

came here with 2 small children because in the morning there was a competition that my child participated in at the education department. there is a swimming pool even though it is not big but comfortable and clean. on that day there were no families staying with children other than me 😄 it is possible that many guests stayed overnight for business trips because it is located in the middle of the office. for the food in the restaurant is delicious, breakfast is also great, for the main course is chosen separately, while the complementary menu is served buffet style. overall the hotel is comfortable

all ok comfortable breakfast variations can't be much (buffet) because the breakfast area is small roottop is also great but when there is a party the party sound can be heard from the room on the 2nd floor maybe the hotel building is not high enough so the party sound can be heard but overall because the hotel is clean the bed is comfortable we sleep soundly in the hotel tks artotel casa kuningan

I spent 3 days in the Hotel. All goods despite the room did not have a water boiler. Not very recommended if you brought a baby to the hotel. Overall its a great experience
