The staff helped me choose my floor. The room on the 4th floor had a nice window and the furniture was as pictured. The shower water pressure was low but sufficient. The room didn't have any unpleasant odors. However, the air conditioner in the bedroom was a bit weak. It leaked water at night and only cooled the room near dawn. The air conditioner in the kitchen was strong; it was turned on at noon but cooled the room quickly. The bed wasn't cleaned properly; I found a few long red hairs on the bed even though I only have short black hair. I only stayed one night, so these issues weren't too inconvenient, but the management should address them.

Booked a room for the boss on a business trip, the boss reviewed the accommodation as clean and convenient for travel. Need to issue a VAT invoice, contact the hotel on Facebook and get a very quick and enthusiastic response, good customer service, overall satisfied. Will come back.
