Comfortable, clean hotel, all staff are friendly, lots of food behind the hotel, close to tourist attractions

Strategic location, comfortable, clean rooms, good facilities...

I booked at the last minute, at 10 pm and checked in at 11 pm because I had a sudden task from the office. The hotel was very good for urgent situations. The receptionist is 24 hours, and the service was quite good even though it was already late, I only had to wait 5 minutes to be able to check in. The room was okay because it was only for sleeping. I got a twin bed room, the mattress was soft, quite soothing. Unfortunately, the towels were very sad, they were very shabby and had holes, but oh well, they were only for one use. The restaurant was adequate, the head chef was friendly and greeted the guests, I liked the kwetiau, it was similar to the ones sold in Jakarta (which is good!), and the rolled pancakes were also delicious, the restaurant staff were all friendly and alert. Overall, it was very good, if I was in a hurry again, I would choose this hotel again, because it was close to the office (only 2 minutes away).

Clean rooms, spacious parking area, located on the main road. What needs to be improved is that the shower water is too small, especially the position of the cold water. The breakfast menu is actually delicious, but everything is cold, so I didn't enjoy it.

Booking for transit, large room & very comfortable. Minus not many restaurants around within walking distance and bathroom design makes the floor wet when using the shower. Plus it is also close to the beach, clean, modern. Overall very recommended especially for family or staying near the airport.

The staffs are friendly and nice but the cleanliness of the hotel is very lacking, the sink is clogged, the water is also not very warm for bathing, you have to wait a long time for it to get warm, the room is a bit stuffy and smelly, the sheets, bed cover and pillow cases smell musty as if they haven't dried yet and have been used, making it uncomfortable, the tables and chairs are very dirty, please fix this so that those who stay can be comfortable.

Ah, I really enjoyed staying at Horison Le Aman, the location is very strategic, close to the airport, the view is really beautiful, and it's also comfortable. Asking for early check-in was also given because it was possible at that time. The staff are friendly. All staff are friendly. It's recommended. 5 stars without a doubt.
