Yesterday I stayed in the citrus room, When I just arrived I didn't expect it to be this dirty and smelly. Even though the place is really good with a mountain view and a wide expanse of green. The less than satisfactory cleanliness is, there are many small animals even in the tent there are snails, caterpillars & lots of black ants. The sheets are also quite dirty and can be seen in the photos I sent. Even though the hotel staff is very friendly & very helpful. But it's a shame that the management for cleanliness & facilities in this place is not good. Hopefully the management will develop well in the future. And please fix it. And hopefully I can come back again because the atmosphere is very beautiful.

It is very unfortunate that with a fairly high price of 596,000, the facilities are bad. The tent is mossy, the bathroom is full of ants, the sheets are dirty, the door is broken.

The hotel staff is friendly, the room smells musty, the balcony is rotten and even if you step on it, it will break and there is a danger of falling down, please pay attention to its cleanliness, it is indeed a garden or forest concept but the smell of the room is very uncomfortable and stuffy when you first enter, it feels like entering an old house that has not been inhabited for a long time.

The access is really scary, when the last climb to the camp was so steep that the tires slipped several times, finally the camp staff came to help, the room was dirty, lots of insects, ants and ant houses, the view was cool, you could really see the mountain. The view is okay, the staff is very friendly, but the cleanliness needs to be improved, there are lots of black stains on the sheets, the towels need to be replaced because they have holes and smell of mold, the wood of the front balcony backrest is rotten and needs to be repaired, the glasses don't look clean because there are lots of stains from coffee use. And there is a lot of scale, the water heater kettle is not replaced or washed. The food menu needs more variety.

When using warm water, the water comes out small, the bathroom flush in Surian doesn't work, cleanliness needs to be given more attention, the incline towards Cimon is very high and steep.
