The staff is very friendly and nice. Easy check in process. Strategic location for Indonesian people, quite easy to find food and just next to Quill City Mall which has direct access to Medan Tuanku Monorail. Close to Medan Tuanku monorail station, maybe walk about 200m, the bathroom sometimes smells a bit. The best room view!!! The room is not big but it is worth it for 3 adults. Don't ask about the pool view😭 very very good and you can see all 3 tallest buildings in KL and the pool is very spacious.

the best apartment I've ever had during my several visits to Kuala Lumpur...clean and comfortable rooms with a view of the city center, spacious infinity pool with a cool view of the twin towers and KL tower. If I go to KL again, I will stay at Greystone Colony KLCC.

The room is clean, there is a washing machine, iron and hairdryer, the view of the swimming pool is directly to the 3 towers, before swimming you can go to the gym, it's really the best, if I come to KL I want to stay here again.

I was really happy to stay here when I got the flash sale price of 177 thousand from Traveloka, which was originally 900 thousand. So far, this mezzanine apartment is spacious and very big, type 1 bedroom but has 2 extra beds and 2 pillows. The room is upstairs but the upstairs room doesn't have a TV. There are 1 toilet in the upstairs room and 1 downstairs near the TV room. In the apartment there is a refrigerator, electric stove, oven and also a dining table. The TV is also Xiaomi TV. Iron and hair dyer are also provided. The AC is really cold, the wifi is fast. The location is in Medan Tuanku, if you take the Monorail line from KL Sentral, get off at Medan Tuanku station, then walk about 700 meters to get to the apartment. If you don't want the hassle, it's better to just grab it first. Near the apartment/next to it is Quill City Mall. When I first arrived, the receptionist was a bit confused about where the receptionist was because there were no directions. The security officer went around asking for security, finally he was directed, it turned out that the location was on the 1st floor. Prepare a cash deposit of 200, you can use a credit card, but it will be refunded in 20 working days. It's better to just use cash, okay? .

Date 05/07 swimming pool under maintenance 🫣.

The hotel staff is not very nice, the wait is too long, it's okay to check in again on the app at 3 o'clock, but we wait until 3.30, it's okay again. Last time I had to book another hotel because there were no staff. It's not clear where the hotel lobby is.

The location is quite far from everywhere, and you have to use Grab to get there quickly. But the room is clean and the view is no less beautiful.
