Lembah Permai Resort Puncak – Cipanas truly lives up to its name, nestled in a cool valley with beautiful views typical of Cipanas. The comfortable atmosphere makes it a perfect place for a staycation or family vacation. The front desk service is very satisfying and friendly, as is the entire hotel staff, who always greet you with a smile. I've stayed here twice and have never been disappointed. The location is also very strategic, especially if you plan to visit the Cibodas Botanical Gardens, as it's very close to the hotel. The facilities are quite comprehensive! There's a swimming pool with a beautiful setting, breakfast is included (and the food is absolutely delicious), and there's even a camping area for those looking for a different experience. In short, this hotel is highly recommended for those vacationing in Cipanas and looking for comfortable, strategic, and budget-friendly accommodation. Ambiance/Facilities: The hotel has a very comfortable atmosphere, with the cool Cipanas air. The facilities are complete, including a swimming pool, a camping area, and clean, comfortable rooms. Food: Breakfast is included and is delicious, with a satisfying variety. The food is truly worth it for a hotel in the Puncak area. Staff Assistance: The receptionist was very friendly and responsive, as were the other staff around the hotel, who always helped with a smile. The service truly makes you feel valued as a guest. Highlights: Strategic location near the Cibodas Botanical Gardens, complete facilities, a peaceful atmosphere, and friendly service. I've stayed here twice and have never been disappointed. Price: The price is commensurate with the facilities and service provided. It's well worth the stay. Location: Situated in the Cipanas Valley, very close to tourist destinations like the Cibodas Botanical Gardens. The location is strategic and easily accessible.

It turns out the place is very spacious because there is a special area for those who want to pitch their own tent. For the villa itself, there are also many choices in terms of size, capacity, and room layout... As for the facilities, you could say they are very complete, for those who want to ride horses, electric bicycles and 4-wheeled APV motorcycles are provided. Overall, pleasant, the only thing lacking and needing improvement is the WiFi connection and cable TV. Thank you.

I stayed there for 3 nights, and I've been there many times. But why haven't there been any improvements? With the same price range per night as other resorts, why is the breakfast always so disappointing? From the variety, the taste, to the presentation?

Cool atmosphere, suitable for family vacation

To escape from fatigue, the atmosphere is supportive, cool, and beautiful. Breakfast served is plentiful and varied. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the sheets, pillowcases, and bed cover is not well-maintained because the ones with black stains are still used.

Booked 3 rooms on a weekday, only my family stayed there so it looked a bit scary because I was paranoid about the people 😀 but everything was okay, the rooms were clean, the food was delicious.

Highly recommended, starting from the receptionist service, even though it was very late at night, they still provided excellent service and the staff was friendly. The food in the restaurant is delicious and has a wide selection. It's top notch 🫶🏾

Previously, its name was Zury Resort Cipanas, if I'm not mistaken. For easy access because it's on the side of the road. For the cleanliness of the hotel and the service, it's okay. For the breakfast menu, the food is delicious. But it's not very varied, please improve it.
