The towels in the bathroom were very old; we stayed for two nights and only got one towel.

The scenery is lovely, the staff are friendly, and the river view is refreshing.

The staff provided good service during check-in. However, on the day of check-out, the staff weren't very helpful to Thai customers, even though there were staff at all counters.

Some of the hotel staff are foreigners who cannot communicate in Thai.

I had the opportunity to hold a seminar at this hotel. I booked a room, a superior river view room, but I got a room on the 4th floor. The view from the room didn't offer a clear view of the river because it was blocked by trees. I wasn't very impressed with the room. The room was very clean and not very soundproof. There were some noises from outside and from adjacent rooms that occasionally interfered. Overall, breakfast was edible but not exceptionally delicious. Due to the large number of customers, eating wasn't always the most enjoyable. However, the lunch provided for seminar participants was delicious. Regarding the banquet hall, I commend the team led by Mr. Games for their excellent service and assistance, which made the seminar run smoothly.

The reception staff were very friendly. The room was clean and perfect for relaxing. The view was beautiful and the price was reasonable.

Great location, just a short walk to Icon Siam. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Loved the discount at Lek Massage and the Lawson convenience store inside the hotel was really convenient. Nice view of the Chao Phraya River, especially at night with all the cruises passing by. Room was spacious and comfy. Really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back!❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

much better than my last stay. They've stopped insulting guests by keeping you waiting while they check the room when you check out. Also stopped warning guests not to steal the shampoo.

From the first check in, we want to change the room bcs our room was not like we’re expected but the staff was super helpful and fast. We got better room. The room was big enough for us as a couple. They have access to the Icon Siam by walking so if you want book hotel near Icon Siam, this is the best choice. This hotel also near MRT & BTS. This hotel suitable for couples or family. They also have Lawson if you need to buy anything. The swimming pool was really big enough & clean.

But I really don't like the Lawson staff there.. I know I was wrong, because my child suddenly vomited there (and that incident was definitely not intentional). I stayed there to be responsible (if I wasn't responsible I would have left immediately) and they came to give me tissue to mop the floor directly.. At first I agreed but after I thought about it, there was a mop, why did I have to squat there.. They only gave me a mop when I asked for it.. I will not go to that Lawson again.. If it's about the hotel, my score is 100. Only the Lawson employees really disappointed me..

Good hotel and good service.

Clean room; plenty of space for kids and coffee. There is a walking shortcut to Icon Siam. On the first day of check-in, take a taxi from MRT to the hotel, because walking according to the map will show you the way to the back gate (this gate requires a card to enter).

My wife and I chose this hotel for our honeymoon and our first ever trip to Thailand. The hotel is okay in all aspects except for one thing which is unforgivable. The room was always wet/humid, not just the floor but the whole atmosphere. Our clothes and belongings went wet unless we turn the AC to freezing cold 16 Celsius. It was simply gross to stay in a room like that. Called reception and they said they had a technician fixed it but it worked only for a few hours. And what's with the septic tank trucks right in front of the building's and the restaurant's entrance, and the Buddhist altar??? Our noses never felt as violated before

I have been 2 times stay here, I'll be back for the next.
