The room was very nice and well-equipped. The location is also very strategic, close to KLCC.
There's a minimarket and coffee shop in the hotel lobby, and there are many eateries nearby.
However, unfortunately, the service from the hotel staff was very lacking.
First, I booked a premium suite, which was very nice and spacious. However, the bathroom smelled of urine. I complained, but it wasn't addressed.
Second, I was moved to a junior suite because the premium suites were full. However, the tap water in the room wouldn't work. I complained several times, but it wasn't addressed.
In the end, I had to buy drinking water outside every day.
I hope the hotel staff can be friendlier and better.
