Speechless. Check-in for the suite room was almost at 4 PM. Not anymore here. The service isn't good. Waited too long. As per our discussion, it was supposed to be an early check-in for my son's birthday. The fact is I entered the room around 4 PM. So bad for the price.

Everything is perfect with friendly and very helpful staff.

Great place to stay, the staff was very helpful and friendly to my kids. The swimming pool and gym also excellent. Not forgetting to mention, the free coffee and hot chocolate room service are awesome.

The best stay, and the staff was very helpful. No doubt this is the best hotel in Jakarta to stay and also don’t forget the bar, this one of the best too in town specially the band. Worth every penny! And the food also amazing, everything was so perfect. I love the Spa 🥰 you should try this one, don’t miss it!

The service was top notch, breakfast was tasty, kids club only available over weekend but its spacious enough, the bath amenities is amazing, ended up purchasing them as its super good, kids pool is only the plunge pool, so thats the only downfall of this hotel but overall its good staycay, and they alsonprepare birthday amenieties so we’re so grateful for that. It's a very short stay but the experience is so awesome. Even my son loves to swim all day long (re: in the swimming pool and in the bathtub) 🤣

I was a bit surprised, it turned out there was a turndown service at night when I was not in the room and the position of my suitcase and bag was temporarily open.
