Great service, cool, clean, and tidy rooms. I'm very satisfied here.

The facilities could be further improved... But it's good enough for just a rest.

cool atmosphere, clean hotel, friendly hotel staff, shortcomings & needs to be improved are the breakfast which is less varied & there is no taste in the food and there is no sink in the room.

room type Mahoni kurang nyaman, benar2 terdengar dg kamar sebelah. kamar cenderung sempit, dipan terlalu tinggi, penerangan kurang terang, sarapan baru ready jam 8, mungkin krn peak season. plusnya water heater bekerja dg baik.

the hotel is good, but there are some points that can still be improved,, 1. the terminal for the electrical plug is too loose, it is dangerous to overheat the plug if the positive current is attached to it, it can cause a fire if not replaced with a more suitable terminal,, 2. the floor is a bit sticky, I don't know why but it's not comfortable and there are not enough mats to keep your feet dry,, 3. the swimming pool is not very kids friendly because the depth is 150mm but if the purpose is not for children, then it's okay, because on average those who stay at the hotel are complete families (husband, wife and children) 4. the breakfast is only 1 variation of fried rice, suggestions to add variations such as uduk rice, it seems delicious,,😁 5. the door lock is broken, the top part cannot be locked from the things mentioned, all of them are covered by very friendly staff, a beautiful environment and a very comfortable hotel atmosphere,,🙏

Second visit. The service is getting better. Will definitely stay here again when on vacation.

The staff is very friendly and the service is okay. Got a room at the very end, even the front terrace has a very big rock and a big tree so it felt scary when I arrived at the hotel at night and asked to move to an upgraded room, unfortunately it was full, so I enjoyed the prayer mat. The food is so-so because it's just fried rice with eggs and satay. The bathroom shower is broken, can't be used, the toilet seat looks dirty.

The room is not good, there is no drinking water and electric kettle, there is no chair or cupboard

The room was a bit dirty, there was a lot of dust, the bathroom water was murky, there were a lot of cigarette butts and there were frogs near the toilet, the swimming pool couldn't be used because it was very dirty, the children were disappointed because they couldn't swim in the room and there was no drinking water provided.

Highly recommended accommodation in the middle of a residential area, a bit far from the outer road, very friendly and humanistic receptionist service, but unfortunately the TV has sound, but no picture, possibly due to poor signal reception, the bathroom is very clean.

After all, it's nice and comfortable. The only minus is that soap is not provided and the floor of the room is sandy 👎.

The hotel staff is friendly and proactive in helping, the location is on the side of the road a bit into the alley. Got a delicious breakfast with a menu of fried rice, omelet, chicken satay and plain tea. Unfortunately when I stayed on Thursday night, there was a religious study in the hotel from 19.30 to 21.00 with a kosidahan as well. This was very disturbing because it was done in the pool area and right in front of the room so the sound was very audible at night and things. This was not informed to me at all. Overall the rest is okay all the facilities are on the TV and hot water, and it is satisfying there.

The place is nice. The view is ok. The service is ok. Only the entrance can only be accessed by 1 car and the pool is dirty with tree debris.

Saya jujur ya review-nya, bayar dapet harga 317rb, dapat hotel kayak gini, liat ja fotonya, ya uang 300 kecil sih, cuma g gitu juga x, gda tempat sampah dkamar sampai ak kumpulin dipojokan, pintu WC bolong, WC duduk juga bolong, atap jamuran, hm. Heater buat bikin teh ja g dikasih katanya listriknya g kuat. Cukup sekali ja dah di sana. Tv-nya kadang-kadang bisa nyalanya.

Baru sampe air mati, teko listrik ga ada, dan ambil air panas bolak balik resepsionis, kolam renang kotor.

Alhamdulillah menyenangkan menginap di sini harga terjangkau dan dapat breakfast kendalanya cuma sedikit pelayanan cepat tanggap dan ramah next mungkin recommended buat menginap lagi trimakasih liburan awal tahun keluarga yang menyenangkan tempat sejuk udaranya sehat 👍🫰🥰

Staff pada saat check-in ramah sekali, sopan dan baik, lokasi juga tidak terlalu dekat dengan jalan raya jadi nggak bising kendaraan, saat check-in kamar bersih, wangi, nggak perlu AC karena sudah dingin cuacanya, kamar mandi bersih, air panas mantul, hanya saja akses masuk cukup 1 mobil jadi mesti bergantian, so far untuk stay semalam cukup puas.

Recommended banget nginep di sini, pelayanan ramah, bersih, kolam renang terawat, breakfast juga enak. Puas nginep di Nur Alam Hotel. Next time kesini lagi.
