The hotel is really nice, comfortable, the staff are all friendly and nice. There is also a hotel tour ship, lots of good photo spots..Will come back here again later🫶🏻

At least once in your life you have to stay here, we will be taken on a tour around the ship and told the history of the ship's construction until it was transformed into a hotel. The best service is very friendly, the rooms are clean, cool, comfortable, the view is no need to ask again, all sides are beautiful, wherever you want to hang out, it's cool, peaceful, the food is a bit pricey but worth it because it's delicious, the pool view is the best, especially at sunset. The owner is very friendly, how can his fortune not flow continuously, he greets all guests without discrimination. Cool.

Fun, the view is awesome. The room is very clean, the swimming pool is also clean. Happy to bring the kids here.

It's a great hotel inside a cruise ship. The floor is tilted so be careful not to slip. Very clean. Meal is delicious but it's too expensive for locals. Great service and great photo spots. I really recommend to come here at least once.

The view from the hotel is amazing. The staffs were super helpful and nice. Its located in the farthest area of the island so it gives you the nicest view of the sea. Also it has infinity pool facing the sea. The meals were so so and kinda expensive. Because it was located in bintan resorts area its kinda hard to find convenience store nearby. Anyways, it is really worth it to spend your time here!

Very comfortable and quiet location, cleanliness and facilities are okay, breakfast like on a ship is very suitable for couples and families.

A unique hotel, the building is made from a real ship. The location directly adjacent to the sea adds to the pleasant experience in this hotel, like being on a sailing ship. The service at the hotel is very good, plus there is a tour provided by the hotel for guests to explore parts of the ship.

The staff was nice and the food is good and delicious.

A pleasant experience to stay and tour the doulos phous ship. Beautiful views and clean and comfortable rooms create unforgettable memories. Suggestions for the direction of the qibla for prayer to be more considered and marked on the walls/ceilings of the rooms. Thank you

The staff are friendly expecially the manager incharge for the tour of the Ship today 14 Nov 2024 (sorry can't recall his name). We managed to meet up with the owner of the Ship and bought his book title "The Ship & I - in pursuance of the Grand Old Lady of the Seas". Truly inspiring!

Very good, the staff is friendly, the room is comfortable and big. Booked the Family suite with balcony because I stayed with three friends for a staycation and it was really worth it. Just arrived and was greeted with a welcome drink with a sweet ginger flavor and refreshing for us who were thirsty because the drink was cold. The room is quite spacious and the amenities are complete. The soap was lacking but asked for more to the receptionist and was immediately given no problem. Complete facilities and got a free Heritage Tour which was very impressive guided by a staff named Arnold. The journey of this ship is truly amazing and what impressed me the most. Is the fact that 100% of the revenue will go to charity. All are positive, love it and will definitely come back.

Hotelnya malam seram, hi, anak-anak pada takut, karena lampunya banyak dimatikan, breakfeasnya, bukan alacarte, ya mengecewakan lah.

Hotelnya memiliki lokasi yang bagus, tapi pelayanan mulai dari check in yang terlalu lama, welcome drink yang datang setelah 1 jam menunggu proses check in, kemudian ketika diminta untuk make up room ditunggu seharian tidak juga dibersihkan.

This hotel is perfect for honeymooners. You feel like in a cruise. Good ambient! Food nice. Staff very helpful. The boss, Mr. Eric saw is a humble guy. He mingled with us and give us a cake of our anniversary. Definitely will come again to bring our family.

Having 2 nights stay in the early February 2024 at Suite with Balcony. The balcony with sea view is great to spend times to enjoy the views while getting some drink and snack. And we got it free! They upgrade our room with Balcony! Thank you very much Doulos Phos! The amenities in the room toilet is very complete, have sanitary bag, shaving knife, toothpaste + toothbrush, comb, shower cap, soap, shower gel, shampoo, cotton bud, etc. Pajamas also available. All of the staffs are very polite and helpful to guests. The breakfast is pretty good, sometimes it is semi-buffet style, sometimes it is full buffet style. There are free daily tour provided by the hotel to learn the story of mv doulos Phos, make sure to ask the staff for the time schedule if you are interested. The only drawback in general for all of Bintan area (not Doulos Phos specifically) is the transportation, need to book & pay a hefty price for car/taxi rental to move around. Make sure to bring all of the personal stuffs needed during stay since the stores, hospital, pharmacy, etc are not located around the Lagoi resort area. TS & YW

The crew were very welcoming and willing to help, the room was clean and the restaurant decent quality. But the facilities are slightly aged.

Wonderful experience, nice room, staff were very friendly but I hope food can be more diverse.
