The staff was okay, only the signal was lacking, they said they got wifi but couldn't use it, the balcony couldn't be opened.

Water heater nya sedikit kesulitan.

Kamar bersih cuma sayang akses pintu ke balkon di tutup padahal pemandangannya indah banget, ada 2 kamar 1 kamar ukuran kecil buat anak-anak cukup.

Kamarnya bersih dan wangi, dapet di lantai paling atas jadi bisa liat city light kota Bandung.

Proses check in yang lama. Tanpa alat mandi, token listrik mati malam-malam dan petugas ga bisa dihubungi (slow respon banget) baru diisi setelah jam set 9 huft.

Exactly according to the picture and description in the application. Toilets, rooms, bed sheets are clean and sleep is comfortable. It's a bit of a hassle waiting for the lift to change, so going down and up to the room takes a long time. The rest is okay.

The place is clean, comfortable, the AC is cold, the toilet is clean. There is a room cleaning service, you can get bottled drinking water. It's okay for a family to stay who needs a lot of space and can save money. 👍🏻.

Only because the sheets were dirty asked for compensation. Cut the 50% deposit 😂. If you don't want it dirty, don't rent it.

The place is okay. But disappointed, the balcony cannot be opened. Even though the view will be better seen from the balcony directly.

The room is okay, but there are no toothbrushes and towels.
