The bathroom was cramped, usually the ones on the second floor are good, but it seems like the ones on the third floor are poorly maintained. Then, while taking a shower, the water suddenly ran out, so I had to use the bidet, and even then the water flow was very small. On top of that, I didn't get a toothbrush, toothpaste, or soap, which I usually get, but this time I didn't.

The location is inside a shopping complex, at the very end. Access to the shopping complex is a bit dark, so it's a bit confusing for first-time visitors.

The pictures don't match the reality. The hotel is dirty, with lots of trash on the stairs, and plastic trash bags not being disposed of. The room is dirty, and the toilet is even dirtier.

Dirty room, dusty and stained bed sheets, dirty bathroom, cigarette butts, AC not cold, no coffee or tea break.

Pillowcases, blankets, and sheets are very wrinkled as if they were not replaced before. The wastebasket and toilet glass are dirty. There are traces of toothpaste on the sink, it seems like it was from the previous occupant, the condition of the bathroom looks like it has been used, and it looks like it was not cleaned first, there are also used towels in the bathroom. For the AC, it is cold, the TV works, there is a night light too. For backpackers, this is quite comfortable. It's just that the cleanliness should be paid more attention. And make sure that before being occupied by the next occupant, the room is cleaned and tidied up first, the sheets are changed.

During my stay at this cheap hotel, the worst thing was, the bed sheets and pillows had lots of stains and were very dirty, the worst thing was there were lots of bugs on the mattress and pillows, the bathroom was also very dirty

Maybe because the hotel is around 200, so the important thing is to sleep. Luckily the AC is not cold, so when taking a shower without a heater it doesn't feel cold.. Woke up at 4 am to take a shower because I had to catch a flight, but there was no water, asked the officer the water tank was empty, how come?

Fix the room and clean the room, the room is very dirty

The staff is friendly, Only the bathroom drain is clogged, there is no hot water, no towels. The sheets still have dirt crumbs and some long hair. Other than that, it's good. Thanks.

the service is fast, the place is nice and clean, but the toilet is a little smelly, I don't know why it has been flushed many times & I have requested the upper floor, but I was given the lower one. but so far it's nice, it's cleaner than the red door 😭🙏🏻. there is also a water heater, cold AC, clean & comfortable rooms

I was given a room with lots of yellow spots on the sheets and walls, the bathroom was dirty, I asked to change to a clean room but was told to pay an additional 40 thousand, and the guards were unfriendly, they work in service but their hospitality standards are lacking.

The hotel is really worth it. The facility is still new. The price is also affordable. Access is a bit difficult, but it's actually safe. The service is also good. Thank you.
